Hello - We're sorry to hear about your challenges with call clarity. We believe that the Jabra Elite Active 75t maintains a nice balance between the highs, mids, and lows of the audio you are listening to. In order to get the best possible audio quality with your Elite Active 75t, we recommend making sure your earbuds are placed correctly in your ears. You can check our support page article to ensure you have the proper adjustment with your Jabra Elite Active 75t.

That article can be found in our Frequently Asked Questions and will be called: "How do I get the best fit with my Jabra true wireless earbuds?" Ensuring you have the best fit with the eargels on your Jabra Elite Active 75t earbuds is also vital for making the most out of the noise cancellation function of your earbuds. A snug fit will create a seal around the outside of your ear canal, which will, in turn, prevent ambient noise from getting into your audio stream.

Furthermore, we strongly encourage you to check out our support article, entitled "How do I get the best sound when listening to music and watching videos?" which details our helpful tips and tricks on how to get the best possible audio quality with your Jabra Elite Active 75t. If you are still not satisfied with the audio quality of the device after checking out our support articles, we recommend taking the MySound test found in the Jabra Sound+ app in order to tailor your listening experience even further. The MySound test is an audio test made up of various tones played at different frequencies in both your left earbud and right earbud, respectively. The results of the test are then used to create a personalized audio profile for the wearer. Your MySound profile is used to calibrate your Jabra device to optimize your music listening experience and is saved to both your Jabra Elite Active 75t earbuds and to your Sound+ app to ensure you are always getting the best possible audio quality.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns about your earbuds. In order to reach us, simply go to our website and navigate to Support. From there, enter the name of your device. You will be able to find all of the articles listed above in our Frequently Asked Questions, as well as various other resources and our contact information down at the bottom of the page. We appreciate your feedback, and we are here for you! Jabra

Quality, but doesn't play well with sports watch.

I got a pair of Jabra Elite Active 75t earbuds on sale at Best Buy about 6 months ago with two primary uses in mind. (1) I wanted a pair of earphones that I could pair with my Garmin running watch, and (2) I wanted a compact pair of ANC earbuds for plane flights. Since then I've found that I primarily use it for two other cases: listening to podcasts with my cellphone on walks, and participating in zoom-meetings for work. I've been happy with the battery-life (I can use it for several walks between charges), durability (no signs of damage yet), security (I have never been worried that they will fall out), and comfort (they don't feel perfect, but they aren't too bad). I was also happy to find that the microphone is good, which has turned out to be important for participating in zoom-meetings. I like the charging case, which recharges easily with USB-C. And although it's taken awhile to get comfortable with the controls, I've grown to like them. You can do all the important things: (tap right to pause/play media, tap left to change ANC/hear-through, hold right to increase volume, hold left to decrease volume, hold extra long to pair). The left ear control also switches to mute/unmute when I'm using an app like Teams or Zoom, which is occasionally confusing but mostly useful. You can also pair with two devices at once, which is occasionally confusing but mostly useful. It took a couple firmware updates before all the behavior stabilized, so be patient if they are glitchy straight out of the box. The only persistent glitch I've dealt with is that occasionally the left earbud loses connection with the right earbud. Unfortunately, they don't work very well with my Garmin watch due to a weak wireless connection. The connection is ok for walks, but it starts cutting out when jogging. I can improve the quality a little by moving my watch to my right-wrist (the earbud antenna is in the right ear), but it's still not perfect. This is not just an issue with the Garmin, their connection to a smartphone also gets choppy when I put my smartphone in a left-pocket. I've never had this problem with over-ear headphones, and I assume this issue arises because the earbud geometry requires a small antenna that's close to the head, which makes it hard to get a clear signal. It's understandable, but still disappointing when a high end active earbud can't be used reliably with a major brand of running watch. I still haven't had a chance to test the ANC on an airplane yet, but I'm looking forward to trying. When I have used the ANC, I've found it has limited effect. The vast majority of noise reduction just comes from the mechanical isolation of the earbud (which is pretty good on it's own). I'd take them on a plane, since their small size makes them much more convenient than bulky headphones, but ironically, I expect that I'll end up turning off the ANC off to increase battery life.

After considerable research and investigating reviews, I finally took the plung with these Jabra 75t Elite Active. I've been wanting to acquire true wireless earbuds for a while and am really glad I finally did, especially since I travel a lot for work and get major fomo in airports seeing everyone else with them - haha. The sound quality on these newest Jabra earbuds is great. The quality of the calls I've had have also been really good, so much so that those on the other end mentioned it's the clearest our conversations have ever been. What probably amazed me the most, however, was the comfort! I'm sure I'm not alone in experiencing "ear fatigue" from all sorts of headphones, especially traditional earbuds, an internal irritation that occurs sometimes the moment you start using them. With these Jabra 75t, that has not been the case. I've literally been wearing them around my apartment for several hours at a time, hardly wanting to take them out. I love that you can control everything from the earbuds themselves too, for both calls and music, and don't need to mess with your phone. Specifically purchased the navy color and was very pleased. The earbuds themselves, as well as the case, are very sleek. Don't let the lack of wireless charging concern you because the case holds plenty of juice so you can absolutely recharge the earbuds on the go. All in all, highly recommend.

Jabra Elite Active 75t Pros: - Sound quality is good. I’d say for the form factor (true wireless earbuds) the sound quality is great. - Design is great. The buds are sleek, and they are comfortable in my ears. - These earbuds are super easy to use. The initial pairing with your phone is super easy. It has some great ease of use features: every time you open the case and pop them in your ears, it automatically connects to your phone; when you take an earbud out, it pauses the music for you. - There’s an app for these and it works well. You can adjust the EQ on the app. You can control other earbud features from it, including “hearthrough”, which allows you to hear what’s happening around you while you have the buds in. It also has built in calming noises (waterfall, white noise) you can play if you’re just trying to relax or get some work done. Cons: - Conceptually, the “hearthrough” feature is great for a setting where you want to be able to hear people. However, in my experience, the feature was letting in a lot of ambient noise, which I found frustrating. The app allows you to adjust the level of “hearthrough”, but I couldn’t get it dialed in to how I wanted it. - I don’t like the default EQ on these. Fortunately, you can adjust it via the app. Overall these are great true wireless earbuds.

I have tried a few different brands of wireless headphones and these have proven to be great quality. These include a charging case and a USB cord that connects for charging. They also include extra rubber pieces to fit them to your ears. I've found the battery life on them to be very long-lasting compared to other brands. These easily connect to your bluetooth for easy listening. The sound quality is great and they're good at canceling outside noises.

Hello Bradnothappyaboutthis- Thank you for writing a review of the Jabra Elite Active 75t. With some trial and error, most users are able to find a secure and comfortable fit of the earbuds, and it is rare when a user is not able to find a fit that is right for them. Would you mind posting a photo wearing the earbuds? This feedback is valuable to us, and we would like to pass it along to our product development team. In the meantime, if you have not already, we hope that you will consider mixing and matching ear gel sizes. This may help as no two ears are exactly alike. The earbuds will also need to be twisted into the ear canals to create a proper seal. You can also click on this direct link: https://bit.ly/3kcJ1JR that offers further guidance on finding the best fit for you. Regardless, your feedback is greatly appreciated and we will pass this information along to the appropriate team. these were okay but if you're a name-brand person don't get these. Noise cancelation was okay but it didn't feel that different from other earbuds they felt somewhat average and unless you had an Android which at the time I didn't it didn't feel that lively. the sound quality was at least 70-80% good but I got bored after experimenting and needed more of a bass. These are more of a budget option. I would say it's on par with regular airpods 1st if not 2nd gen too.
