I opened them up, the sound was amazing, huge bass, full sound. Woke up the next morning to use them, I had better sound from a pair at the dollar store. The only way to fix it was to disconnect from Bluetooth and reactivate. If I have to do this every time I wouldn’t pay 10 percent what they cost

Headphones with defect just after warranty expired

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

These headphones started to have a loud, high-pitched sound after about 2 years and 9 months. I worked with the Jabra customer support team, and they would not repair or replace it since it has been more than two years. I would expect a headset in this price range to last more than this time period.

Fit is terrible, even when just sitting around

The sound is great, but they won't stay in my ears, no matter what I do. The different sizes of gels didn't help at all. Even when I'm just sitting there, they fall out repeatedly. Especially the left one, not sure why. I'll have to return them, which is a shame because I like the hear-through feature, and the noise canceling works great too.

Hello Kleenix- Thank you for your review of the Jabra Elite Active 75t, we truly appreciate your feedback. We are thrilled that you love the audio quality and the functionality of the Elite Active 75t, but we are sorry to hear that you are not able to find a secure fit with your earbuds. Since everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we recommend trying all of the different sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too tight. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud. Furthermore, we strongly encourage you to check out our support article which details how to get the best fit with your Jabra Elite Active 75t: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-75t/100-99091000-02/faq/How-do-I-get-the-best-fit-with-my-Jabra-true-wireless-earbuds#/. I want to love these, but I'm in the warranty process form my 3rd pair in a few months. The first pair I bought I was so excited for. The noise canceling was great for getting work done with a shouting toddler in the next room. But one day the right earbud suddenly got very quiet, making them annoying to use. I had my warranty, which took a TON of back and forth with Jabra (when this is a known issues) Now, months after receiving the 2nd pair, the same issue popped up, and Jabra wanted me to go through all the same steps, when I already had the same issue. Hoping the 3rd pair work for more than a couple of months.

    Horrible connectivity with crackling/static

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I really wanted to like these. They're extremely comfortable, easy to set up, and the advertised ANC update works reasonably well. But there's a horrendous latency issue between the two earbuds - the left bud receives its signal from the right and crackles/statics constantly around any other electronics. It's disorienting to the point where I can't keep them on. Browsing forums/customer support it seems like this has been a known issue for some months, but there hasn't been/can't be anything done to address it. I expected way better for the price

    Disappointing quality, customer service

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

After researching and paying for a premium product, I was very disappointed when the sound stopped working out of the right earbud. I was not very impressed with customer service. Troubleshooting did not help. And the return process is long and clunky. Realizing I would be without them for nearly a month through the return process, I purchased a pair of Jlab AirANC for less then 1/2 the price while I wait for a replacement pair from Jabra. Disappointing quality and lack-luster service for a premium price. While they were working, I did find the sound very good and the functionality through the buttons very nice.

    Great sound, horrible connection issues

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

After doing some research on which true wireless headphones to purchase I narrowed it down to Sony, Beats and Jabra. After checking out each product I decided on Jabra thanks to the great feedback and reviews I came across. Big mistake. These $200+ headphones are not worth the price at all. Now don't get me wrong, I love the design, sound and discreet profile but having to deal with with "constant" sound cutting out every 10 min or so while listening to music is uncalled for, especially at the asking price. The beats and sony wf-sp800n never had this sort of issue with music cutting in and out. I will be returning these asap, sucks they didn't last a week! My $25 Amazon headphones have better connections then this jabra crap.

Went South in only 6 months of ight usage.

Bought them in January and the right bud started going weak in June. I spent hours E mailing back and forth with Jabra support buggering with re sets, software checks engaging in numerous other support suggestions. Jabra is now in process of honoring their warranty. According to them the replacement will only be warrantied from the date that I purchased the original faulty unit which did not last 6 months of moderate usage. Maybe the new ones will last a long time, maybe not. I am concerned. There's no way on Earth that I will ever part with ANOTHER $200 to Jabra should the warranty replacements go south this January. Lastly make copies and do not lose your reciept, proof of purchase. Jabra quite militant on that.

This version of the Elite line has a recurring issue where volume from the right bud decreases to the point you are listening in monoral sound. Jabra replaced the original pair under warranty only to have the replacement set do precisely the same thing after about 8 months. This is a design flaw that is fairly common and had not been addressed. Based on this experience I could not recommend any Jabra products.

    Pretty Disappointed

I was really expecting to love these earbuds after reading all of the positive reviews, but was really let down. These things just wont stay in my ears. Ive tried every different sized ear gel that came with these and i get the same result with all of them. They fit snug for the first 10 to 15 minutes, but after that they start falling out of my ear. And that is while im sitting down, cant imagine trying to do anything active with these. Pretty dissatisfied with these.

I loved everything about the earbuds except the fit. The left one would start falling out less than a half mile into my run. I tried numerous times until I gave up and returned them. This seems to be an issue as i have read about it from several people now. Be aware if you have smaller ears these may not be secure enough for running.

Very good headphones that are easy to connect and use, and while I enjoyed them, the right bud has died after two months of usage with no water damage. One thing that is annoying is that if you use only one bud, it has to be the right one or else it won’t connect.
