    Audio Imbalance in Earbuds after less than 1 year.

    I have owned these earbuds for less than one year (purchase in June 2020) and am now having audio imbalance issues where the right earbud is extremely quiet. Take a look online, and you will see this is apparently a very common issue with Jabra earbuds- and the alleged "fix" is to dig into one of the holes on the earpiece. Apparently Jabra support doesn't recommend that, but they also seem to dodge people when confronted with the issue. I have filed a ticket and will see how their tech support resolves this issue...but I am not confident. I have never owned a Jabra product, and after paying $200 for these, I am needless to say, very disappointed. Will not be buying Jabra again - my wife actually just purchased a pair and I think we'll be returning them before this issue can happen there as well.

Despite what information may be circulating around online, Jabra does not recommend using any object or tool to attempt to clean or remove blockage from the vent hole on your Jabra true wireless earbuds. This would constitute as an unauthorized repair and will void the warranty on the product.     Beware of any product in this line

    See my review of the Active 65t. It may or may not be relevant to this product but be forewarned about the flaws in the design of that one and the disregard from the Jabra customer service department. Long story short: the 65t had a very poor fit. It was impossible to keep in my ear even after jamming and twisting it in to the point of painfulness. Finally it popped out and was lost forever. When I compared the ear-cups used by Jabra with others I found them much shorter and that could be why they didn't seal well no matter how hard I tried and painful it became. Longer replacement cups wouldn't fit in the charging case. Their customer service depart was no help and callous. I wouldn't take a chance on them again. Once bitten twice shy.

    Bluetooth sucks!!!!!

    My far the worst earphones ive ever purchased. Its a pain to transfer from Bluetooth to Bluetooth if youre using more than 1 device. I literally just spent more than 10 min trying to connect my earphones to my iphone. The worsttttttt

    Connectivity issues make them useless

    Great comfort and decent sound quality rendered useless by poor Bluetooth connectivity. These need to be within two feet of my laptop to prevent audio cutting out. They are also susceptible to interference. I tried shampooing the carpet with them connected to my phone in my pocket, and they were useless. I've tried in vain to figure out why the connection is so poor, made sure they were not connected to other devices, etc. Will be returning these.

    Good luck if they stop working

    Buds stopped working after 3 or 4 months. Under warranty (bought from jabra site) but the warranty replacement procedure has been an absolute nightmare. It’s been two months since I sent the buds in for replacement and still no replacement has been shipped. Jabra keeps missing the timelines they set to process the claim, ship, etc. They stop communicating altogether also. Too many other options to put up with this service.

    Negative opinion 75T Active Elite

    Had one day, updated firmware, did not work right, left ear disconnected, would not stay connected to Bluetooth, when connected to two Apple products, voice command did not work. Jarba support slow and or non effective, returning to Best Buy, would not recommend product.

    I must be doing something wrong.

    This must be for the pretend active, or in doing something terribly wrong. Running, spent the first 5 minutes picking them up off the ground every time they fell out. Working out, lifting weights, spent more time adjusting them, and again picking them up off the floor after falling out. I’ve tried all ear gels they came with... I’m no sound geek, but I’ve messed and messed with the app music just sounds flat.

    Terrible battery life - not as advertised

    Sound is decent, fit is decent. Multipoint does actually work. Battery life is absolutely atrocious and not as advertised. With all of the sound enhancement turned off, I am stull lucky to get 3 hours out of them on conference calls. I got them on sale for $99, and they still aren't worth it. Returning them asap.

    To much noise

    Bought these after reading lots of input. Seems like a good buy.....not as advertise. Sound canceling was not very cancel. Could hear way to much. The through feature was some what cool but didn't work that well. . The fit was okay but still fell out of my ears while just walking. Would not buy these again.

We are sorry, however, that you were not satisfied with the noise cancellation on your Jabra Elite Active 75t. To make the most out of the Active Noise Cancellation feature, you are going to want to make sure you have the proper fit with your earbuds. The earbuds should fit snugly in your ears and the eargels should create a seal around the outside of your ear canal. This will, in turn, prevent any ambient noise from getting into your audio stream, which will maximize the passive noise cancelling effects of the earbuds. Next, you will want to customize the ANC in your Jabra Elite Active 75t by going into the Headset tab of your Jabra Sound+ app. Then select Personalize your headset> Active Noise Cancellation and follow all of the on-screen prompts. Make sure you are in a noisy environment when customizing the ANC on your Jabra Elite Active 75t as this will ensure you get the best results.     No worth the buy

    Your right headphone becomes the most important piece. To make calls or even listen to music you have to use the right headphone. If you lose the right headphone, it becomes useless. When you use the find my headphone feature it will only show you were you last used it but won’t make any sounds. I regretted this purchase.

    Having issues

    Might be returning these the charging case looks like it just charges indefinitely the light never stops flashing so I'm not sure the issue. I'll give it a couple days. Getting fed up I had to return the regular 75t then just decided to wait a couple weeks for these instead and still having issues.

    Broke less than 2 weeks after purchase

    Barely had the headphones for 2 weeks before the right earbud broke and wouldn't hold a charge (you can't use the left earbud without the right one). Tried resetting the earbuds, the case, everything - would NOT recommend especially after shelling out over $200, such a waste.
