The sound is great and seems to work well for phone calls. I bought these for work from home during COVID-19 because I needed to attend zoom/webex conferences and the headset jack on my laptop is broken. Audio works for media (music, etc) playback but as soon as I enter the conference call, the audio cuts out, despite saying I'm connected to bluetooth. A similar situation plays out on my phone. I'll be listening to something and suddenly the audio cuts out, despite remaining 'connected'.

Love these headphones! I bought them to replace some wireless beats I had and these are on another level entirely. I love the hear through function and all of the bells/ whistles these headphones come with. I was worried they would fall out when running but they are very secure.

I absolutely love these especially with the hear through option that you can turn off and on. I am hard of hearing and these amplify sound kind of like hearing aids. The app is phenomenal because it has its own hearing test to set the earbuds to your hearing capability. I definitely recommend these.

Not what I expected from Jabra. Sound quality was meh, they hurt my ears.

Would rate 5 stars if you could use the left bud by itself. Love the noise cancelation and hearthrough options.

Great quality and sound, only downside is that at times the custom configuration/settings reset so you have to reprogram it.

Just received these headphones within the week. So far not at all disappointed. Check off everything that it says it provides as working great. Glad I got these & not Apple Pro. Fit well & no problems during workout. Excellent sound, easy to use features. Hopefully in 6 months to a year +, I’ll be saying the same.

These buds sound great. They have a nice touch action on the buds for functions like volume, playback, pause, etc. I don't like that you can't use the left earbud alone, so I returned them.

Great app, comfortable, stayed in when I worked out. Not enough bass for my liking, even when I adjusted the settings.

Excellent earbuds. My only issue was I couldn't get them to stay in my ear. Brother has a pair and they stay in. If you have ear buds currently and have issues staying in your you will probably have issues with these. Audio is great

I bought this instead of apple or sony, because I wanted something durable and "waterproof" and something that wasn't apple. This are starting to become one of my favorite purchases of all time! I even use these puppies in the shower!

The new version fit a bit better that the previous Elite 65 but there is still an issue with proper fitting and slipping out of the ear. There is no good deal and I believe they would be better if they did a full silicone ear tip the covers the entire bud to prevent slippage much like the old Bragi. I’ve been through just about every model and they just still don’t have it completely figured out. Audio is good, call quality is good. But for the price comfort is most important.

Got these to walk with on Apple Watch 5. Pairing was a breeze. Sound is very good. Had a few instances of cutting out, but not a hindrance. Good buds

These are great earbuds I tried both the 75 actives and the 85 active NFL needs to be a better fit and they are slightly lighter and have a smaller footprint in your ear. The companion app also is a great addition for tailoring the sound just the way you want it.

I enjoy the hear through option for When I’m walking or riding my bike. Would be nice to have a sound alert for when such a small earbud is miss place.

Perform in ever was as advertised. One 1/2 months in and they have become my go to headphones; even when I'm not exercising. The fit took a little getting used to but with the variety of earpieces included I was able to get a super comfortable feel. I like them!

65t's died on me, Got these as a replacement, way better, better sound better base, Battery life is ok, don't loose the charging case

Great sound. The only thing I would say is that they keep falling out of my ears. I have tried the smaller sized ear inserts but it still happens.

These true wireless earbuds headphones provide a great fit during workouts, running, etc. However, they’re a bit pricey relative to the features you get.

Bought these but ended up exchanging them for AirPod Pros for the fact that these earbuds pick up very small sounds when on the phone. Example: stepping on dry leaves outside sound extremely loud and disturbing to the person on the other end of a phone call. Since I bought these for the partial purpose of being on webcalls, I didn’t want to risk this. I was told that sitting still on a couch was perfectly great sound. Otherwise, the music quality was pretty equivalent to the AirPod Pros. I would have kept these if not for the overly sensitive mic.
