These headphones have great sound! They connect really quickly to your device. They are super discreet and small unlike my Apple AirPod I used to own (all generations). I have problems with most headphones staying in my ears. Not with these! I work in construction and am really active at work (working at different angles upside down sometimes) and using tools with heavy vibration. They don’t come out! Only thing is I had the 65 elite active and those told me in ear who was calling me without having to look at my phone. These haven’t done so.. although it might be a setting I have to change on my phone or app. (iPhone). They also have a feature called “hearthrough” which is basically a hearing aid when you are using the headphones which is awesome. If someone is calling my name I can hear them even though I have music playing. They last all day for me (I put them inside the charger case during breaks). The charging case is really small as well. Makes it easy to carry around in my pockets. I love them!

This is about my 5th pair. Something always goes wrong with my ear buds. Glad I purchased extended warranty via Best Buy. Don’t get me wrong... sound is awesome! So is battery life. As a landscaper, I wear them daily. As I type, the left ear bud is not working. But if I squeeze on it... I’ll get a little sound. If Best Buy will allow me to, I’m going to upgrade to Apple.

Unfortunately kept disconnecting and one earpiece kept falling out. Very good waterproofing and noise isolation.

Could be bassier. Three sizes but huge difference in size so it’s not perfect sizing wise. Great quality great ANC.

I recently purchased and used these for over a week before returning them yesterday. I wanted to make it work, but unfortunately they simply wouldn't stay in my ears. I tried all three earbud tips to see if one of the sizes would fit my ears better. All three continued to fall out, sometimes while just sitting at my desk working, and certainly when taking them on runs. I made sure I was putting then in the right way, and even pressed so hard at times that it hurt my ear slightly. A couple comments: - They seem to be well made; - The ANC feature worked well during the moments when they stayed securely in my ears; - The app was buggy. I'm on a new Samsung Galaxy 20 phone and although the app worked fine, it would not register in my apps list to select it there - I always had to go to the app store to launch it from there. - These kind of earbuds (where they're designed to go deep in your ear) take some getting used to - they made my ears feel clogged up. I would have gotten past that if they stayed in securely. It's hard to give a poor rating because I think they're good devices. I suspect the shape of people's ears are just different, and for some these earbuds will fit and work great while for others they won't. I'm going to look at over-the-ear devices at this point.

I was waiting for these ear buds to drop in price but am happy that I purchased them when I did (pre-pandemic) Although a pricey item, I am a satisfied customer. The best for the best. A recent Jabra headphone app update took care of my only concern which was spotty bluetooth connection at times.

Pretty good in terms of sound quality, but i'm not sure where the different sized tips were included in the box?

Better than I expected and it seems to fit well and it doesn’t slip out of my ear after some time has passed

I gifted this to my best friend and he loves it. He had originally lost his first pair and was waiting until it came on sale. I got to it first :) . He loves the sound quality and the ability to adjust the sound settings. And he likes the size of the case.

They are the best out I would recommend these headphones to anyone out there that is looking for waterproof resistant sound reduction so forth and so on these are some very good headphones if you like check them out yourself I’m sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase

non of the earbuds really fit my ear so i got foam tip earbuds. they sound fine and work well and arent bulky. havent really had them fall out yet

Absolutely the best fitting and quality head phones. The magnetic lid cover is much more appeasing to use over the 65t. Definitely go with the protection coverage just incase. I upgraded to the 75t after one of the buds stopped charging on my old 65t.

Case was not wireless. Great sound on the lows and a good fit while jogging or walking.

Good Active noise cancelling and decent sound quality, but is very quiet.

I love the sound quality but for some reason certain songs might have a little bit of a hiss. Hoping this could be improved in the future.

Awesome earbuds, easy to use, good color and sound. Only down side is my left ear is hards to get in perfect position.

I purchased based on research stating they were a solid choice for running. Unfortunately, they were uncomfortable after about 30 minutes of running and stopped working after 7 months. The hear through option was nice, sound quality was good (while they worked).

The sound is good but there are two problems. One, I had read in a review from Wirecutter that these stay in the ears much better than AirPod Pro. They do not, at least not for me. They fall out just as easy when exercising. Second, if you only want to use one at a time, which I commonly do when walking/running outdoors to maintain awareness, you can only do this with the right headphone, no the left.

They stay in my ears and they have alot of cool features if you download the app. It lets you change the eq and has a test to tailor the sound to your specific way of hearing. Very cool and has a hearthrough option so you dont have to keep taking your earbuds out to hear people talk
