The sound is significantly better than the Elite Active 65t, and I like the way they fit waaaay more. I’ve been wearing them ALL day, and am not even close to being out of battery. Great buy, and totally worth every penny. 6 of 5 stars.

Bad Bluetooth Connectivity

Mightve been defective but I didnt try another pair make sure. Also the buds felt a little sharp inside my eardrums even though they were make of plastic. The main reasons i bought them was to use them for the gym but every time i put my phone in my pocket, the signal would get cut or go completely silent until i opened my phone back up. The only reason i rated them as FAIR was because i loved the app, makes your experience feel customized which is awesome.

In the Jabra Sound+ app, From the headset tab, click on the Settings icon in the top right corner. Select Personalize your headset, then Voice guidance language. Select the current language of the earbuds. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the download and installation.

Fell out of my ears

But they kept falling out of my ears. I tried wiggling them into multiple positions, different sized tips to fit in the ear, but they always fell out. They fell out 4 different times in a half mile run. They fell out probably 10 times when I was just walking for about an hour. They fell out while I was sitting at my desk in a zoom call. They fell out while I was laying down trying to listen to a meditation. It's my first time trying true wireless earbuds, so it might be my ears. But I have to return these bc there's no point in having them if they fall out. I'd still recommend people trying them bc they have great reviews, but just won't work for me.

Started strong, turned a little disappointing

It's 6 months and they don't seem to hold their charge as well and sometimes have a connection issue on the phone where I don't consistently have audio.
