Doesn't fit as good as they say

I've changed the sizes several times and they just keep slipping out no matter what fit I wear. They're not supposed to do that and it's really annoying. I try to use em while I'm working and they just keep slipping. The only time I can really use em without worrying about it slipping is if I'm jusf sitting down chilling somewhere but these things were supposed to be made for when you're moving and being active etc. So I'm just really disappointed about this

They finally developed an issue where the one of the sides would develop static and failed to connect. Hence, I decided to purchase a new set of the Elite Active 75t's. They worked great for about a week, then suddenly developed the same issues I had with the 65's. Returned them and ordered a new second set. Used them for about 3 days and had the same problems again. I then had my wife use them with her brand new Samsung and she had the same issues. Not the same quality. I went ahead an ordered a pair of Samsung Galaxy Bud+.
