This may help as no two ears are exactly alike. The earbuds will also need to be twisted into the ear canals to create a proper seal. Thank you for writing a review and sharing your feedback. Good but loose

I keep having to adjust them and even change out the earpiece but they come out while I workout.

She struggles with very small ear canals, so most in ear products don't fit right and hurt. These were recommended by a friend with similar issues. After trying them on and calibrating the first thing she said was "it's like I've never listened to music before!" They are also comfortable enough for her to sleep with.

Posted .Hello Shaggy, thank you for writing a review of the Jabra Elite Active 75t. We are sorry to read that you are having trouble with the Active Noise Cancellation feature. When not on a call, you can cycle between ANC/HearThrough/Off by pressing the Left button. When on a call, the following conditions will apply. ANC will stay on during a call. HearThrough will turn off during a call, and then resume when the call is finished. You can configure ANC and HearThrough settings in the Jabra Sound+ app.
In the selected Moment, you can adjust the sound level of HearThrough.
You can reconfigure the standard button functions to make them perform different tasks than those predefined in the device's factory settings. Great Ear buds as always from Jabra

A little disappointed but otherwise they work great, I'm disappointed because the salesman told me that when the battery ran out on one I could switch over to the other and keep going. The only problem is that the left ear won't work without the right one being out of the case.
