ANC was barely there - technically it works, but it's nothing like ANC you get from an over-the-ear style headset. Can connect two devices at once which is critical for me. Have had connectivity issues once or twice, but a reboot solved that. Didn't fit my ears so well, but that's a personal thing. Your experience may vary.

I have found that i prefer my own EQ balance over the presents, but no issue. Working out they stay in and no worry of them falling out. The only thing even remotely close to an issue, and more of just a preference, is because the hear through mode is using the microphones, wind can be annoying when running or doing a workout.

Unfortunately, they won't stay in my ears. I bought some 3rd party silicone tips that fits a little better but the buds still fall out when running, jumping, etc... When they aren't falling out, the sound quality is really good for both music and phone calls. The app setup was easy and voice commands work well. I would not recommend these buds for any sort of intense activities.

With some trial and error, most users are able to find a secure and comfortable fit of the earbuds, and it is rare when a user is not able to find a fit that is right for them. In the meantime, if you have not already, we hope that you will consider mixing and matching ear gel sizes. This may help as no two ears are exactly alike. I was going to return it until that update happens, but my two weeks passed already.

The Find My Jabra feature of the Jabra Sound+ app can be accessed without connecting your Elite Active 75t to your smartphone as long as the earbuds have been connected to the Sound+ app once before and you gave the app permission to use your smartphone's GPS location. As long as you have done this, the only feature in Find My Jabra which you will not be able to access without connecting your device to your smartphone is the "locate by sound" option. Furthermore, we are sorry to hear that you are unable to find a secure fit with your Jabra Elite Active 75t. Since everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we recommend trying all of the different sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too tight. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud.
