It’s like it’s not even there. The EarPods do not fit properly and keep falling off the ears which is annoying when exercising. It’s not worth the money you pay for it Just add a little more and buy yourself a BOSS or a Sony The connectivity is another problem. It’s only good for one device

I've pair them to my android phone, it says that is paired when I take them out the case but my music doesn't come through and the phone shows them as being connected in the BT menu. I put them back in the case and take them out again. Now it works. I now pair them to my Surface PC. 2nd Device connected. I play some music from YT music and watch a video or two. Pick up my phone and the audio from my phone comes thru like its supposed to, Great! Go back to using audio from my Surface and its now pausing and skipping every 20 to 40 seconds. WHY??!! Okay, I'm at work, listening to music, I take one ear bud out, music pauses, like its supposed to. But I take out the other one as I'm now on a phone call and music starts playing while both earbuds are on the desk and not in my ears. This is NOT how this is supposed to work. I've factory reset them and I've only had them for a month and a day. Other than the pretty good sound, I'm not thrilled about my purchase decision. Lastly, I don't like how I can't adjust volume from the earphones. (there is no option for this) not a deal breaker but I didn't see any other reviews state this. Also the fit is not "longlastingly" comfortable,
