Best feature is the ambient noise feature so that she can run outside and have ability to hear approaching cars, etc. She loves them and she is a tough customer to please.

Haven't used them for anything heavy duty, just casual listening. Phone calls can be hard to hear and the right side seems to be going out already. Will wait to see what feedback I get from support before giving a bad review, but I am hesitant to keep them right now. The sound app is a huge plus and I do appreciate the ability to update firmware.

But one thing I didn't like and it was major.... They didn't stay in my ears they kept falling out, maybe I just got really big ears, but they just wouldn't stay in, if they do stay in you'll love them

Issues with the left bud not taking a charge led me to return them. Besides the charging issue i really like the sound quality and u.i. of these buds.

Then suddenly without warning or reason the left ear piece no longer worked. I searched online and found out that there was a recent Jabra update in April 2020. The fix took about 6 hours to get the left ear piece operating. If this problem persists, I would consider asking for a refund or exchange for a different set of Jabra headphones.
