    The Jabra wireless headphones were easy to pair with my phone and my Firestick. They seamlessly switch between the Firestick and my phone with an incoming call.

    i really wanted to like these but after going through 3 of these in 7 months i’ve given up. it starts with the left bud cutting in and out on every right step while running until it eventually just stops working. then you contact support and they take 6 WEEKS to process the warranty. then you get new ones and same thing happens. what a waste. the airpod pros are better in every single aspect including service. dont bother with these

    Great with no issues. I have had these over 2 months and use them every time I have gone to the gym which 5 days a week with no complaints.

    Loved these for the first few months daily rider. Loved the hear through when riding bike. Sadly this morning the left bud stopped working properly it went from good quality to a whisper emailed support got told unpair,forget,reset, uninstall and reinstall app. Did all that nothing still a whisper. For a pair of 200 dollar earbuds to have one bud die that quickly that's not ok. Even more so when I only use them at 65% volume. I tried to reply to a message from support to get replied with mailbox full.... should a company really have a full mailbox like that when someone has a faulty product.... un acceptable

    Overall good earbuds. Price is ok for value. Wish there was more bass for the music but again overall it’s been a good product for my workouts and commuting. Not great for running workout as they at times pop out.

    worst earbuds I have ever tried. Even the cheap buds stack up better than these. In my 3rd week, my right earbud fell out my ears. When i was purchasing, I explained to the rep how important it was that these earbuds did not fall out. I had experienced that with the Samsung line of earbuds and decided to go a different route this time. Also, no one told me that the left earbuds don't work independently of the right bud. So you cant use the left earbud alone when the right one dies, because the work together. Pointless. I drive all day, so i only need 1 earpiece at a time. But when that one dies, i am left looking at the left earbud, wondering why is it even there.

It is unfortunate to read that you are having trouble finding a secure and comfortable fit with your Active 75t. If you have not already, we hope that you will consider mixing and matching ear gel sizes. This may help as no two ears are exactly alike. The earbuds will also need to be twisted into the ear canals to create a proper seal. We want to ensure that you are having the best experience possible with your Elite Active 75t. Regretfully, we will not be able to offer the feature for the Jabra Elite 75t and the Jabra Elite Active 75t to use either earbud independently as previously expected.     The sound wasn’t as good as I was hoping for. The ear buds also sort of irritated my ears- not sure why. I was excited to get these so I could get them wet, but overall wasn’t impress and switched to the AirPod pros.

    Returned these ear buds the didn’t stay connected and they are not able to switch ears.plus, you can’t connect just the left bud without the right one in. Very stupid design.

The challenges you are describing with your Earbuds not being able to link together are not expected. The Left Earbud of the Elite Active 75t has to be in range with the Right Earbud to function properly. The maximum range between the earbuds is 20cm/8in.     I preferred the audio quality over the 65(I own both). However the fitting on your ear is a lot small on the 75. Case is nice on the 75 and faster charge

    They are very clear but you can only use one at a time as well as the battery life is really bad. I would not buy these again simply for the fact that you cant use one or the other.

    Missing earbud can't be purchased or paired

    my husband purchased this to pair with iPhone 12 max pro, initial set up was easy using the Jabra app, once on the app, you have a variety of options for sound. Being that we are in a pandemic and touching anywhere near my face is crucial so i get set up while still in my car before going into the gym, once i was in the gym ready to begin, i sometimes had to reconnect it to my phone and that was a nuisance. The earbuds in general sound great giving me the option of noise cancellation. The charging case is great, it does a fast charge and the case charges the EarPods when you place them back in the case after use which makes it convenient not having to constantly charge them. My main reason for purchasing was for the gym, i did have to constantly adjust and push them into my ear as they would slip out (definitely sweaty) which defeats the purpose. I only got to use them for a week when 1 earbud did fall out and tried locating it using the app, it would show the area that it was lost but not exact, i believe it rolled under some stationed gym equipment so i have not been able to recuperate it. While trying to locate the missing bud, the app gives you the option of sending a high pitch noise to the buds, but it was hard to hear with all the surrounding noise. I attempted to return/exchange them but was not able to since it was not damaged and the extended coverage that was offered was not for missing/lost/stolen items. Although you can continue to use the earbuds without the complete set, its not what i paid for, so I had no choice but to attempt to replace the 1 earbud. Low and behold i find out that it is not sold nor can i pair 1 earbud to make the set complete again, only the set can be purchased and without the charging case. How convenient for them, unfortunately my husband purchased them as a gift and i didn't do my due diligence and review all the specs before i settled and accepted them. Not having both earbuds doesn't work for me since it was specifically purchased to concentrate and be "in the zone" to tune out the rest of the noise around me it's useless and having paid over $200 with warranty that was totally useless is now a paperweight. Complete wast. Unless you are ok with possibly only having 1 earbud then i wouldn't consider this purchase.
