Not worth the money. Major Disappointment

Constantly losing BlueTooth pairing requiring me to Pair back up again. Additionally, the battery life if not good if your using these frequently. less than three hours on a full charge when streaming.

Comfy, Good Noise Cancellation, but BAD Skipping
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these to replace my wired earbuds so that they wouldn't get in my way while I worked out and went on my daily walks and runs. I bought them about a week before Valentine's Day so I've had a good stretch of time to really break them in and get adjusted. In the beginning they slipped out quite often, but that was user error, and when I switched the pads to the smaller ones that come in the box, they stopped slipping and they stay in very well. My ears needed a slight adjustment period to get used to them because they are my first wireless ear buds, so they need to be pretty tight in order to not drop out, even after I switched to the smaller cushions. There was an adjustment period and it hurt a little bit, but after a few consistent uses I didn't even notice and it feels okay now. They were very easy to set up as well. As I got into my car the day of buying them, I set them up within 5 minutes and enjoyed my music while I was at the grocery store before heading back home. The noise cancellation is great. I went on a walk outside every day since I got them, and while the music is playing, I can't hear any of the neighborhood dogs barking or any passing cars until they are practically within arm's reach. They are very good in this regard. The charging case lasts quite a long time. I have not had to charge the case itself very often, but when I do it charges up quite fast. I'd estimate 2 or 3 hours, but I don't really pay it any mind since I'm typically doing other things when they charge. The case keeps the earbuds themselves charged up at a very good rate. When I looked at the app on my phone, the case was at 0%, so not charging, but the earbuds were both at 100%. The charging light has 3 colors which is sleek and simple - red is dead, orange is charging, green is charged. I like it streamlined and simplified. The issue I have is the connectivity. I don't know how or why, but they rarely finish an entire song without some form of muting or skipping, or some kind of interference. I just got back from my walk today and I didn't get through even 1 song without some form of skipping, and I walk quite a long way. It seems to be an issue with having my phone in my pocket, because they don't do it nearly as bad, if at all, while I hold the phone in my hand. But these are advertised as ACTIVE, sweat resistant, water resistant ear buds, and have videos of people at the gym in the advertisement videos on the product page. What am I supposed to do, hold my phone in my hand while I'm working out just to listen to music? Either music OR bench press, but not both? They worked alright sometimes even with the phone in my pocket, but only as long as I was looking straight ahead. The slightest turn or tilt in my head resulted in skipping. It was like I was being trained in the army, in a sense. I really, really wanted to love these ear buds, but I regret not taking them back now before the return window closed on me. I thought it was a fluke or a software issue that could get patched out, but they just do not work very well for their initial purpose. Which is a real shame for the price point. I bought these at an upcharge instead of getting the regular 75's, by recommendation from an employee who insisted they were great and that he had some, great for the gym, great for outdoors, etc. But only a handful of times have they worked flawlessly, in over a month of ownership. Maybe I broke something inside of mine when they fell out a few times prior to changing to the smaller ear cushions, but just do your research before you drop this kind of money on these earbuds. If you don't mind keeping your phone in your hand, I'm sure you'll love them, but if you need both hands, I recommend staying away.

Highly regret getting these

I highly regret this purchase. Headphones continually say low battery even though I leave them in a case to charge over night. And sometimes it randomly charges. I've visited forums and there are so many people with this issue!

Inconsistent connection

It was odd at first and then became very annnoying. I expect to listen to my music or video without being consistently interrupted. I don’t recommend this based on this annoying quirk.

Poor fit.

The app was confusing. One fell out of my ear rolled under the refrigerator and attached itself to the frame. Once I fished it out, I returned it for some Air Pods - that are wonderful.

Not A Fan

Poor sound quality

I was terribly disappointed in the sound quality. I tried adjusting but still couldn’t get it to even be comparable to the 65t. I returned the product.

Horrible

Absolute garbage

Not an uncommon occurrence if the internets is to be believed. In the process of a warranty replacement, but it’s been a hassle especially when it is a known issue.

Great sound. Poor connectivity.

Saw good bit of discussion online that revealed to me that this is not unheard of issue. No solution from Jabra so I reluctantly returned them to Best Buy.

Uncomfortable - Weird sound - clunky operation

The sound was kind of "washy" and not as good/balanced as AirPods Pro. Operation was kind of clunky. Returned these and went with the AirPod Pros.

Works well for first couple months

Unreliable Bluetooth

Best earbud on the market!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The best quality sound I’ve heard from earbuds in a long time. I will never go back to another brand. I hands down believe that these were the best for me personally. I will break it down for those who want to read this review… App: the app that is associated with the earbuds is amazing! I think the way it can personalize the way you are able to hear is on point. It has a lot of ways to continue to enhance the way you hear through the earbuds. I love that it tells me the battery life other specs that are relevant. Case: the case itself is small and compact enough to not bother you caring it around everywhere you go but that is also a downside. It’s so small it can get lost easily or stuck in hard to reach places. The fact that the earbuds are magnetic in the case is also a huge annoyance if they fall from even a small end table because it sends the earbuds flying! Charge capacity: it’s amazing how many days I went the first week when I started using them! I thought that maybe the next day I’d have to charge them but because the case holds a lot of the charge for the earbuds I was able to listen for hours on end! I believe I was on day 4 or 5 listening to music and podcasts for 5 hrs at a time each day. The fit: from other reviews and the research I’ve done these particular ones were made to be for smaller ears. It’s so hard for me to stick an earbud and not have it bother me after the first hour. These actually were small enough but that was the downside. They fell out more times than I could count. It was actually annoying how my earhole isn’t customizable as well because every other earbud was too big and this was too small so I had to make it fit even when I tried to interchange the earbud silicon ends that it came in the case. They just didn’t fit. I made it happen anyway since the sound trumped the fact that they didn’t fit. The mic: I’ve never heard more crystal clear sound when im on the phone. It’s super incredible having someone know exactly what I said without repeating myself a million times! I love the multiple mics in the earbuds. The buttons controls: I find the controls on the earbuds super easy to understand. It’s with a simple push I can make it heat through or not. I can pause my music etc. I like the access to the buttons. It’s nice and easy. I overall love these so much I got the 85t which was a huge upgrade from the 75t. If your seriously tired of wasting money on cheap earbuds go with the 85t and never go back!!

Sound is very tinny and the fit is terrible. Bought the Apple AirPods Pro and could not believe the difference, hands down Jabra needs work!

Good for a month.
