Look, fit, feel, functionality, all great! i was very impressed when i put them in at the secureness and the passive sound dampening. The "Hear through" feature works pretty well also. But when i turned on the Active Noise Canceling which i was initially skeptical of, i was blown away!!! i work in a plant with much loud machinery, i also run a Cat 950B, and drive several dump trucks, one of which is an old, noisy Mack, and the ANC works incredibly well in all of it! The only thing it does not seem to work as well on is wind or compressed air; oddly when i have to bleed compressed air lines, the ANC does not block that, and so the whole sound blocking glitches when i have to drain the moisture from the lines, which i have to do about a dozen a day. Also in outdoor high wind situations, the ANC doesn't function quite as well as i would like; the mic definitely pics up wind noise and it isn't blocked very well. In the dump truck with the window down it seems to function pretty well though, as long as there is no direct wind hitting the mic. One note of caution: the ANC works SO well that You may not hear people yelling at You from not even that far away, or alarms going off, or sirens coming if You are driving!!! If You are in a situation where You need to be able to hear warnings around You, do NOT use the ANC!!! My biggest gripe is durability. Within the first week, i was sitting at a table and taking out my earbuds and dropped the right one onto the wooden table which wasn't much over a 1 foot drop. Since then, sometimes intermittently it will make a noise like the ANC is cutting out, it isn't all the time, and when it does it, it seems to happen with every step. i am very sad about that, and debating returning them because of it. It only happens with the right one that was dropped. Another concern is the "waterproof" claim; i was working on the sprinkler system and one time, just for a few seconds, i was sprinkled on by the next sprinkler, it was not a high pressure blast, but both ear buds stopped working (see next gripe). i let them dry for about an hour and they started working again... but, now i do not trust the "waterproof" claim at all. A known issue is that the right ear bud will work by itself, but the left one is dependent on the right one being used; i did not understand that they have a proximity sensor (of some kind), so when i first got them i was trying to demonstrate to my wife how cool they were and so i gave her the left one to use to hear my sweet jams i was listening too ;) , but the moment i took it out of my ear, even though our heads were less than 2 feet apart, the left one does not work!!! That is pathetic!!! You CANNOT SHARE an ear bud and let someone hear what You are listening too? GIVE ME A BREAK!!!! Last gripe; it mentioned the "customizable" configuration in the Jabra Sound+ app... it does tune to Your hearing, and You can change the presets in the equalizer, but You CANNOT change the order of the ANC options. It starts at OFF, press the button on the ear bud and it cycles to Hear Through, press it again and it cycles to ANC... but, if You are using ANC and someone walks up to You to talk, and so You press the button again... it cycles to OFF... which the passive noise dampening effect of the soft rubber ear plugs makes it difficult to hear, AND if You are in ANC and double tap the button it skips the track... So You have to deliberately, slowly push the button, wait, then push it again, then finally You can Hear Through, so You miss the first half of the sentence they make and have to say "What?" every time someone walks up to You... This is just a very poor design, and to make it worse, You CANNOT change it to the order it should be, where it would go OFF -> ANC -> Hear Through, or even better imho ANC -> Hear Through -> OFF. i can think of no situation where i want to go from ANC to OFF; if You are in ANC and need to hear what is going on around You quickly, OFF blocks too much noise and will not cut it, You need Hear Through! Ok, sorry for the rants. Conclussion? i got these so i could listen to music in loud environments and not need to wear extra hearing protection; they do that amazingly well! So i am very happy... i just wish they were more durable, and that engineering had thought the ANC cycle through better... but engineers don't usually work in noisy environments, so no surprise there... ;) Dear @Jabra, PLEASE fix the ANC and the no left ear bud solo functionality! Thanks!

Let me just start by saying I love the look and build quality of these earbuds and the case. I love that it uses usb-c I really really love the sound and features of these earbuds. They also connect seamlessly to two devices at the same time which I require for work and Jabra is the only one that does this very well. Now for the bad. I use these at the gym and when it gets crowded they seem to get interference from other bt devices and cut out. Now for the really bad part. Thus is the fourth pair of this same model I have had (thank goodness for the geek squad) because the left earbud has problems that cause it to disconnect, turn off and you are unable to reset it and get it to work again. I feel it is a software glitch imho. If they can fix these two issues they would be flawless. But however I am currently looking for a suitable replacement.

The sound quality is very, very good. The (newly-added) noise cancellation, hear-through, and EQ adjustments are all great features. The case feels well made. Magnets on the headphones make them snap right into the case. Charges with USB C, never had a problem with battery life. My only complaint is that you can only listen with the right earbud if you want to listen with one ear. However, when you do that, it automatically switches to mono audio which is a great touch. Highly recommended, especially if on sale.

Love these. I had them for a year and got a second pair for my fiancé. Light and they stay in my ears much much better then other brands. The active noise canceling works extremely well in the gym and on airplanes. Will continue to buy Jabra in the future. Battery also last long enough and the case always surprises me with how rarely it needs to be charged. I've never had a connection issue.

These earbuds have a very warm, bass-centric sound profile. They really boom in your ears without any distortion. With the app you can tone this down if desired. If you just want to use one ear bud, it has to be the right one. The left one won't connect independently. There is no active noise cancellation, but the earbuds to muffle out quite a bit of outside noise as long as you have a snug fit. The hear through option lets in outside noise and works quite well. If these ever go on sale, I highly recommend buying these.

So I have been in the limbo of buying cheap earbuds from Amazon for quite some time - but I needed something with not only good sound but something that would not drop out all the time. I checked out some reviews on YouTube and these seemed to fit my needs. Not only that but I can wear them outside in the rain for a jog, and they are great for conference calls and music inside. I would highly recommend these if you are seeking a true wireless ear bud. I nearly went with Jaybirds but glad I went with these instead since "therethrough" is key!

Best wireless buds I’ve had. A little more loose in my ears than the original Jabras, but all around more comfortable and much better battery life. Went from charging daily to once a week. Only knocked 1 star as they cannot charge wirelessly.

Sound is very good. There seems to be no lag between words/sound fx on screen to ear buds when watching videos/movies. Always hated that when words don’t match with the mouth of an actor. Only issues I seem to have with it, that are personal. -only the right ear bud can be used for single bud use. I would prefer if I could use either the left or the right. -Hear through mode is an awesome feature. Don’t like that you can hear it click on and off when scrolling through social media apps, and if there is even a screen shot of a video on your screen, you will hear the ear bud make a clicking sound as if Hear Through is being “disabled” -Wish whatever mode you were last in, prior to placing buds in its case, were saved. Meaning if I have Hear through mode engaged, then place the buds in the case, that mode is now off. When buds are removed from case to be used, that last mode I was in is now off. Annoying to me. Other than that, awesome product.

Tried the Google Pixel Buds (2020) and found them COMPLETELY unusable because of discomfort and then the left bud failed. Took them back and replaced them with the Jabras. They are so much more comfortable, have great sound, and the mics work great for all the conference calls I'm on each day. The multipoint pairing is wonderful. The only issue that I have is that only the right side unit can be used by itself; I wish both buds could be used independently. But the quality and comfort are so good, I'm willing to overlook.

I already own a pair of Jabra over-the-ear headphones. But I was wanting something in a smaller form factor. These ear buds are exactly what I am looking for. The first problem for me with earbuds are that they constantly back out of my ears causing me to have to constantly shove them back in. This pair doesn't do that. They stay in. The sound quality is excellent. They pair to multiple devices at the same time. To get the active noise cancelling feature you have perform the firmware upgrade as is does not come pre-installed. The noise cancelling feature works great. I had a co-work use a circular saw to cut wood. When I turned on the noise cancelling feature I didn't hear a thing. My only two complaints about the buds are they if stay in my ears for a while my ears start to hurt slightly. And sometimes you get interruption in the playback. I have read other reviews where that was mentioned. Other than those 2 issues it is a great device.

These are my go-to headphones when working out. They set-up quickly and easily, have sufficient EQ capabilities (through the app), and have a great quality (considering the small package). Battery life is great, I ran a half-marathon with these and didn't have a single worry about the battery life. Definitely a great purchase for the person looking for good quality sound and battery life during your workout.

they work great and don't fall out my ears. They do slide out a little and it feels like it's going to fall out but it doesn't. The sound is great and the hear through feature works great. You do have to remember the number of presses to use the buttons, which you might forget time to time.

The Jabra Elite Active EarPods offer tremendous sound! I bought the Air Pod Pros and while they have great sound they have a tendency to slip out of my ears which is quite frustrating. Not so with the Jabra Elites. Also, the Jabra app is user friendly. I have an iPhone and have not experienced any Bluetooth connectivity issues. This was my first Jabra product and I’m must say that I’m quite impressed. Highly recommended!

after 24 hrs - these are probably the best wireless ear buds. I was shocked that the sound quality is on par if not better than the bose sound sports. Totally dominates the DRE Beats. the only one that may slightly beat these are Sennheiser's. Totally comfortable and does not fall out - i had went through so many buds because of my ear shape and these are the BEST fitting. The Sony's do come close but these are better sound. Highly recommend- and i can't wait to work out in these.

I upgraded to these from the Jabra Elite Active 65T. These are more comfortable, smaller and lighter. Because of the smaller, lighter build, they are more comfortable to wear for longer periods of time. They stay in my ear when I am running. The sound is really good. The case is smaller than the case for the 65T and most importantly, they finally made it for USB-C and got rid of the old micro-USB port. That was important to me because I don't have to keep a micro-USB cord when all my other products are now using USB-C.
