Kept losing connection

I had the elite 65t for 2 years before breaking one ear piece and LOVED them. Thought these would be awesome. For two weeks straight, they would lose their connection and stop playing music and go silent, but my phone was still playing music, at least 3 times during a 1 hour workout. I would have to put them back into the case, shut the lid, open back up, and place them back in my ear. And they were fully charged. the battery was fine. I read online that this is a common problem. I returned them. Super sad, because otherwise these were perfect.

The sound quality especially the bass is terrific. I love the ability to control active noise canceling and also features for different ambient sounds to listen to. The hearing test that are incorporated in the buds to adjust sound based on individuals hearing is genius. I highly recommend this product.

Elite Active = WOW

Tried AirPods Pro, EchoBuds, PowerBeats Pro, and also the regular Elite 75T. But I gave the new Active Elite 75T a try, and LOVE these, some reason, they dont hurt like the Elite 75T did. Great earbuds, one of the best, you just have to try them to see if they are a match with your ears, and they do, and now I can enjoy all the features this has to offer.
