The sound is awesome, they said these have a lot of bass but they really dont...I will say the bass is fair. I gave these 3 starts but I really wanted to give it 2.5 stars but there is no way to do that on this website. The reason for the rating is because they are SUPER painful. I'm going to try to purchase other ear cushions and see if that makes a difference because Bestbuy has a horrible return policy and I'm not able to return them anymore. I will never buy from Bestbuy again.

I bought these ear buds for my boyfriend as a gift because he needed new ones. After a ton of research on all the ear bud options available, we decided these for the bill. The selling points important to us that they claim are to be waterproof, fit nicely, and have great sound. I can say that two of the three worked great. They sound great, are waterproof through his workouts, but none of the tips actually comfortably fit his ears. They pop out and hurt his ears if he wears them longer than ten minutes. I'm not sure how to fix the issue, but other than that they are pretty great!

Love the sound quality and IPX rating. I would’ve liked for them to connect individually. That way you could charge the right earbud and still listen on the left earbud. The way they connect to the device is through the right earbud, so you can charge the left earbud independently, but not the right.

Been using these for over a month now. When I use them, I typically have them in for 6-8 hours at a time. Comfort level is decent to good. After about 3-4 hours, might get a little uncomfortable sometimes, but nothing outrageous. One other knock for me would be that they tend to slip out of my ear canal when sweating heavily. I've tried different tips but none solved this problem. That's typically going to be a problem with any in ear buds and heavy sweating though. Yes, they are tilted by default to be a little heavy on the bass side. If you don't like that it can be adjusted with the app/equalizer. I prefer it as I typically listen to rock/alternative type music. If not music, I'm listening to podcasts or news. Sound is perfect for me. If I really want to listen to music with a flatter sound (acoustic type music), I have a different set of headphones I will use. Sometimes the headphones will disconnect/sleep if you haven't used them in awhile, I guess to save battery life. Press and hold the button on right one will wake that bud up, then you have to do the same on the left. Overall, I would highly recommend them.

I had a Galaxy phone and LOVED these…I recently switched to an iPhone and thought I would not be able to use these but oh no was I wrong! They work just as great! LOVE these! Great for working out, mowing my yard, anything and everything and has perfect reception on calls!

I have had serval ear buds from serval manufacturers these are so far one of the best on the market. Sound quality is great for my listening needs. The fact that there waterproof make them even better. The app is definitely a plus. I definitely recommend this product.

So far the sound quality and build of these headphones is really great. They stay in your ears well during long runs, and I enjoy the hear-through features they provide. If you're looking for something with great sound quality as well as something you can use while working out, these are a great choice.

Really nice sound. The app offers some great features. Only reason I rated 4 is that the app was very troublesome to get going.

Great little earbuds. Love how you can set them to your own needs. Great sound. Had to exchange them due to the fact that they just wouldn’t stay in my small ears.

Sound quality is great. The only downfall is everybody you talk to here's a lot of background noise. It lacks noise filter on the microphone.

The headphones live up to their reputation for good sound quality but aren't comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the battery dies fairly quickly

Love them. My only dislike is that you can’t use the left bud on its own, it’s right or both. Great sound, noise cancelling and audio. App works well too!!

Exceptional earbuds! The sound is great when fitted properly. The app makes them even more useful. Keeping the right fit so that they stay in is a challenge for me.

Great sound quality, great fit, amazing microphone.

I bought these when I lost my AirPod pros. Sound and call quality Is slightly better and I like the app for better sound control. Also even with out active noise canceling, they do a great job at blocking out exterior noise. Overall excellent product only down fall is slight discomfort in ears after extended use.
