Excellent sound, tough to get a good enough fit for running. I must have unusual ear holes.

Apparently I have monstrous ears and even with the largest interchangeable ear nubs these will fall out of my ears unexpectedly with no warning and go tumbling down the terminal or trail. Very frustrating how they are a clean snug fit one second and bouncing across the floor the next. Don’t even dare to run with them at this point. Waited too long to return them. Going back to my AirPods for my daily headphones.

They were a little pricey but worth it. I dont mind paying for quality and these have it. The sound they produce is the best I've heard and the app allows you to customize it to your preference. Bought some for my wife and two of my co workers bought some as well.

Good sound and clarity. Biggest issue is the in ear fit. Although these are for active use they come loose after a few bumps

I love these ear buds for running! It’s worth not having to worry about excess sweat to upgrade to the active ones. They have great sound, are easy to use, and I love that the controls are customizable.

Good sound connects well, setup is simple if you read instructions. Do occasional fall out of my ear but not often.

Great buy em they are worth it. I use them also as hearing protection when I shoot or run a chainsaw

Amazing sound, great quality. For the price, what these put iut is insane. Highly recommend. I'm an active dude, so if you are worried about them falling out, let it go. These things a totally safe for even the most hardcore athlete's.

Sound quality is excellent for music. Picks up a lot of background noise for the other person on a phone call.

I had the active 65t, and this is a great upgrade. Case is far better, and earbuds form factor is good.

This is the second set I purchased. My first ones were stolen. I tried a couple of other earbuds to replace my originals, but neither of them performed as well as these. The noise cancellation works quite well and the hearthru feature Is great.

I bought these to go with my fitbit sense. I ended up syncing it to my phone. So far they are doing great. I tried setting it up with my tablet but wasn't very successful. I did find they fit snuggly in my ear after I put the small piece on.

I bought these back in April. Very satisfied with the sound quality, fit, and battery life. The first issue I've had is the connection cutting out when I was running and biking with my phone in my pocket (Galaxy S20 Ultra). Not a huge issue, but a bit frustrating for the price, plus being the newest model meant for "active" usage. Then, after about 3 months, I started having issues with the left ear bud randomly not working. Sometimes it would start again if I put them back in the case and took them back out, but I found no reliable solution, or consistent reason for when and why it would stop working. I searched online forums and found multiple reports of this issue, but no reliable solution from users or Jabra. I even went back to my old JBL Bluetooth headphones with a behind the neck cord because of how unreliable these have been. Most recently, the right bud has stopped working entirely. I did the firmware update, earbud reset, and full 3 hour case charging reset with no luck. Fortunately I bought the protection plan from Best Buy so I can exchange them, but it's a bit frustrating that this has been a known issue via online forums for quite some time that is not addressed on the Jabra website, or fixed with the latest firmware update. Hopefully I just have a defective set and the replacements won't have the same issues, considering that they're great when they work. Still, I highly recommend getting the protection plan just in case.

Being an audiophile sound is of utmost importance to me. These earbuds have the perfect sound quality under multiple conditions. They are even my go to device for conference calls at work. I am impressed and blown away by the quality.

These are the best set of in-ear wireless headphones I have ever purchases. I am usually a big fan of Bose but I decided to give these a try, and WOW I'm glad I did. They have great range and with the hear through on it like they are not even on.

I really want to like this earbuds. The sound is great when they're completely fitted inside my ear. Unfortunately, these buds don't stay in my ears that well and so I could never get the full quality of the sound. They've fallen out of my ears over 10 times within the first few weeks I've gotten them. I'm lucky I've always been able to see where they've landed. Would hate to lose such an expensive item.

Item is well made with a good balance. It is a gift to my wife who likes it but is having problems with getting the settings on it right and making adjustments when it is in her ear (volume etc.). It's not a manufacturing defect or anything, it is just a little more complex than a standard earpiece and takes a bit of learning.

Sound is ok, they dont want to stay in when you get sweaty.
