A little disappointed but otherwise they work great, I'm disappointed because the salesman told me that when the battery ran out on one I could switch over to the other and keep going. The only problem is that the left ear won't work without the right one being out of the case.

In the Jabra Sound+ app, From the headset tab, click on the Settings icon in the top right corner. Select Personalize your headset, then Voice guidance language. Select the current language of the earbuds. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the download and installation. This has all the functions built into it (forward, back, volume, etc). Problem is the fit. Not sure how to describe it, it’s like that feeling you have when you’re congested and your ears feel clogged. I thought maybe I had pushed it in my ears too much so I would back it off a little, but then it felt like it would fall out. I can see why some say they would get headaches from this. However if it fits you well and you like all the button functions, then you’ll probably like this.

I have found that i prefer my own EQ balance over the presents, but no issue. Working out they stay in and no worry of them falling out. The only thing even remotely close to an issue, and more of just a preference, is because the hear through mode is using the microphones, wind can be annoying when running or doing a workout.
