ANC was barely there - technically it works, but it's nothing like ANC you get from an over-the-ear style headset. Can connect two devices at once which is critical for me. Have had connectivity issues once or twice, but a reboot solved that. Didn't fit my ears so well, but that's a personal thing. Your experience may vary.

I was going to return it until that update happens, but my two weeks passed already.

Left earbud did not last even 24 hours

Not even 1 day of use and my left earbud kept losing connection and skipping audio. Re-pairing, reinstalling the app, and rebooting my phone did not fix the issue. I did one final re-pair, and they lost Bluetooth connection when placing my phone in my pocket. Oof. I never owned a product that failed so horribly within 24 hours of use. I just got back from my local BestBuy to return the Jabras and purchase the Sony WF-1000XM3 Headphones. The pairing and setup with the app was so painless! I can even use the left earbud by itself! (The Jabra earbuds do not pair to your phone individually. You can only use the right earbud by itself). I'm sorry, Jabra. I really wanted to love your product, but your Quality Control is non-existent. Reading comments from other customers over a year ago, it seems like I'm not alone with these issues.

The Find My Jabra feature of the Jabra Sound+ app can be accessed without connecting your Elite Active 75t to your smartphone as long as the earbuds have been connected to the Sound+ app once before and you gave the app permission to use your smartphone's GPS location. As long as you have done this, the only feature in Find My Jabra which you will not be able to access without connecting your device to your smartphone is the "locate by sound" option. Furthermore, we are sorry to hear that you are unable to find a secure fit with your Jabra Elite Active 75t. Since everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we recommend trying all of the different sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too tight. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud. They fall out easily

Unfortunately, they won't stay in my ears. I bought some 3rd party silicone tips that fits a little better but the buds still fall out when running, jumping, etc... When they aren't falling out, the sound quality is really good for both music and phone calls. The app setup was easy and voice commands work well. I would not recommend these buds for any sort of intense activities.

With some trial and error, most users are able to find a secure and comfortable fit of the earbuds, and it is rare when a user is not able to find a fit that is right for them. I was happy to not have to adjust them very often after all the jostling that happens when doing these outdoor activities. Having the "Hear Through" feature is a plus when biking on street surfaces and being able to hear the sounds with both ear buds in is an additional bonus!!
