    my husband purchased this to pair with iPhone 12 max pro, initial set up was easy using the Jabra app, once on the app, you have a variety of options for sound. Being that we are in a pandemic and touching anywhere near my face is crucial so i get set up while still in my car before going into the gym, once i was in the gym ready to begin, i sometimes had to reconnect it to my phone and that was a nuisance. The earbuds in general sound great giving me the option of noise cancellation. The charging case is great, it does a fast charge and the case charges the EarPods when you place them back in the case after use which makes it convenient not having to constantly charge them. My main reason for purchasing was for the gym, i did have to constantly adjust and push them into my ear as they would slip out (definitely sweaty) which defeats the purpose. I only got to use them for a week when 1 earbud did fall out and tried locating it using the app, it would show the area that it was lost but not exact, i believe it rolled under some stationed gym equipment so i have not been able to recuperate it. While trying to locate the missing bud, the app gives you the option of sending a high pitch noise to the buds, but it was hard to hear with all the surrounding noise. I attempted to return/exchange them but was not able to since it was not damaged and the extended coverage that was offered was not for missing/lost/stolen items. Although you can continue to use the earbuds without the complete set, its not what i paid for, so I had no choice but to attempt to replace the 1 earbud. Low and behold i find out that it is not sold nor can i pair 1 earbud to make the set complete again, only the set can be purchased and without the charging case. How convenient for them, unfortunately my husband purchased them as a gift and i didn't do my due diligence and review all the specs before i settled and accepted them. Not having both earbuds doesn't work for me since it was specifically purchased to concentrate and be "in the zone" to tune out the rest of the noise around me it's useless and having paid over $200 with warranty that was totally useless is now a paperweight. Complete wast. Unless you are ok with possibly only having 1 earbud then i wouldn't consider this purchase.

    While they did produce some good sound. I they did not fit well in the ears. After trying all the different ear rubbers. I returned the product.

    My husband hear about these headphones by Jabri and just had to have them. After getting them he realized only soun was active in one ear and music in another ear. I asked if he wanted to return them and he said no. He would keep as a spare.

    Returned - would lose connection and then static

    Loved the idea of connecting these to my iPhone and Cisco work phone at the same time. This worked well when I stayed near my home office. If I left the room and went downstairs, I would lose connection to one of the phones and would not be able to reconnect to either phone without disabling and enabling Bluetooth on the phone. It became tedious and for $199, I didn’t want to deal with it on a daily basis. I think they would be fine if you wanted to use them with one device only. The call quality was fine and the music sounded good to me as well. I’m knocking the overall review because the dual connection feature which is rare (I think) for this class of device, not being very good.

However, the full functionality of the Jabra device may not be available. For example, you may be able to send and receive audio, but the buttons on a headset may not work for music controls the way they would with a smartphone. Because your Jabra device is optimized for use with a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet, we do not recommend you pair your device directly with any unsupported device.     Music wouldn't come back on after receiving a call, and sometimes would need to be turned off and on to play music again. Ended up returning this item.

    They were easy to pair and everything, but outside of that I was not impressed. The sound quality is not great, I constantly have issues with interference and even static on calls and listening to music. The fit is sub par, even with the extra inserts and I have issues with them sitting in my ears without falling out or sliding. Just not worth it. I would have absolutely returned/exchanged them if I hadn’t missed the window due to being sick.

    Very happy with listening music. That that secure in the ear as described. Left earbud keep beeping and squishing sound . You cannot use single bud at a time. Should use both to work.
