I'm returning these earbuds after a week. The right earbud's microphone is consistently softer than the left. The right earbud also performs significantly worse at HearThrough and ANC. I tried for hours fixing the problem, cleaning the earbuds, resetting them, updating the firmware … nada. The tech support gave the standard canned answers. Single-earbud use is only available for the right earbud, so there's no luck for balancing the audio load of both ears. The Bluetooth connection can also be somewhat flaky. There are moments, e.g., immediately after switching between play and pause, when the earbuds would pick up and drop off. In-ear detection is quite sensitive and accurate, cutting off playback as soon as one earbud is removed. Faking an in-ear situation (e.g., for testing purposes, or to use just the left earbud by tricking the right earbud into thinking it's in-ear) is quite difficult, however—it requires some magical combination of the earbuds being close to each other, and the proximity sensors on both of them being covered. Given the price tag, I would expect things to work a bit more smoothly out of the box.

Stay in place and great for hardcore workouts. The bass is incredible.

I use these when im at the golf range, cuts out most of the background noise, connectivity is good, simple to set up.

Their are a lot of buds on the market but these fit & sound great!

Battery life is good. Design and sturdiness is good. Charging case is small and good. Phone call quality gr8. Falls off of ears even in sitting position. Hurt ears after 3 hrs of use.

Amazing features and fit, if your not looking to spend $279 for the Bose earbuds get these Even if you have a samsung and love there products the Buds Pro are below the Jabras.

Good sounding and snug fit.... I have sensitive ear and after wearing for an hour I had to take them out... I did a lot of research on earbuds and they have very good reviews but for me it was not worth the discomfort... again great earbuds just not for me... I returned them and went with the Powerbeats that sits more on the ear.

Other than a little getting use to the soft gel (ill-fitting for my ear canals) ,the quality, ease of use and protective features are top shelf! I have been using Jarrard wireless since 2018.

Some of the best sound I've heard from earbuds but the find my earbuds feature doesn't help as it only shows the last place you used them and i can't find them because of that

Crashed my mountain bike last week...everything was wrecked and twisted and falling off EXCEPT my Jaybird Vista earbud. (I only had one in my ear so I could hear surroundings.) Sounds is great. Controls are generally good. Volume control is lacking a bit because I keep forgetting how. Connectivity is fast and responsive great overall.

Comfortable and sounds great. Accidentally left them in my pocket and washed them. The earbuds survived but case did not. I had to purchase a replacement case.

Excellent sound. I needed to test each of the earbuds to successfully and safely fit, otherwise, I ran the risk of buds falling from ears!

I love these ear buds. I had a pair of Beats that didn't want to stay connected to my iPhone. I love the set up of these. Once I tweaked them the way I wanted them, they connect to my phone. Every. Single. Time. I wear them to the gym and have no worries about them falling out like airpods.
