I notified Jabra and they replaced them on the spot. Went to BestBuy and told them what happened. They said “no problem”! Where’s the old ones. And help yourself to a new pair of the same or lesser value or you can cover the cost of a new pair! I went with the newer 65t’s for an extra $20. Thanks Jabra & Thanks BestBuy for making it a painless process!!!

Love it so far!

I was looking for something with hear through that was good for business calls as well as going to the gym. These were the perfect fit. I tried several others before choosing these.

Great for a jogger
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really like the headphones and love the Jabra Sport App. Would have given a higher rating but the 1st pair I purchased were horrible at connecting. Never did get them to work properly. I called their customer service and Jabra sent me a new pair. Thankfully these work great but it was a lot of hassle. If it wasn't for the fact that I had previously been using their Jabra sport app and love it, I would have given up on them. Glad I stuck with them now though.

Best ear buds I have ever owned!

They work so well and I love love love that they are completely waterproof. I’ve use them in the pool I’ve used them in the gym, and I’ve even used them in the shower! Pro tip if you do buy them put the left one in before the right one, because of how they connect.
