Frustrating
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Within 3 months of buying these the right earbud would periodically stop working (no audio) within the period of about a month. Placing them in the charging case seemed to solve the issue each time. 8 months after buying these, the right earbud started acting up again and this time died completely. I contacted Jabra Support, and the process of getting these replaced has been so frustrating. Firstly, the process entails an initial email, and then several follow-up emails with consecutive steps for testing and reseting your earbuds, all of which proved ineffective. Honestly, Jabra. Send ONE email, with the consecutive steps laid out. If the first process doesn't work, I can easily move on to the next—I shouldn't have to wait two days to get a follow up email with MORE steps, and another two to find out what's next. All said and done, simply emailing to get a shipping label to send them back for replacement took a week, and then another week for them to arrive. Currently I am looking at my order status for the replacements as placed. They are just sitting in the warehouse and have been for a week. By the time they get here it will have been over a month at least since I contacted them with my issue. The product itself is great, when it works, but the support side of things has been so terrible I cannot at all recommend you buy these, even on clearance, as they seem to be now. When, or if, I get my replacements, I will use them until they break (which is likely?), after which I will not be giving Jabra my money again.

Excellent.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best of the truly wireless buds. I have tried LG... Bad audio quality. HereOne, good audio quality. However, connection problems with android devices are so severe that they are essentially unusable.

Likely the Best Truly Wireless Earbuds out today
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these on 11/18/16. I wanted to wait to read a few reviews before taking the plunge. I'm a pretty serious tech follower and have been following the evolution of truly wireless earbuds since about 11/15. I've read 100's of reviews and watched Many youtube videos. Based on that research, every earbud produced before these has at least 1 flaw. For most, that flaw, whatever it may be was a deal breaker and I concurred. Which is why I never bought any of them. Until now... The few reviews that appear legit seemed positive and none expressed concerns over the problems that most of the other Truly Wireless Earbuds (TWE - from here on), connectivity issues, battery life, sound. There are a few mentions of fitment probs... This all being said, I rarely if ever post reviews, but these actually warranted mine, as I hope this will help anyone on the fence about spending the $$$ to buy a pair of TWEs, so here it goes: As soon as I opened the box, I could tell these were quality. Nice fit and finish to the charging/storage case. Seems like it could take a beating, not that I intend to give it one... I plugged the cradle in, before I left BBuy, so it was fully charged when I got home. Once I did get home, I wasted no time trying it out. I turned on my phone's (Samsung Note 4) BT, opened the case, popped the buds in my ear, pressed the bottom button on each bud for about 3 secs and the phone found the Jabras instantly. 5 secs later I was listening to Metallica. The sound is fantastic. I have been using them regularly throughout the last 3 days and there are NO connectivity issues. They do not drop out, never even a blip, with the phone in my pocket or even if I walked about 30 ft away, with 2 walls between me and the phone and still a rock solid connection. I had to get to about 40+ ft away for them to start to break up. The sound quality is as good or better than the Jaybirds i've had for a few years now, which I consider to sound great. I have tried the app and it seems to work pretty well. The heartrate sensor works perfectly and the battery meter seems accurate. As far as battery life, I have not killed them yet and I feel i've been using them as anyone would 'regularly' and have gotten over 4hrs. The battery indicator in the app said I had .5hrs left. That is amazing! The only other pair of TWE that I have found that seems to function without any issues in the Samsung Gear IconX. The deal breaker with them is the 1.5hr battery life = NG! 4+hrs? = Awesome! I have made calls with them and the 2 people i've talked to had no idea I was using these. I was standing outside around traffic in the wind and the noise cancellation worked flawlessly. Both reported no noise at all other than my voice = pretty impressive! The 'hear through' feature also works very well, but is not perfect. I have occassionally missed a single word someone has said. Also, when it is very quiet there seems to be some 'noise' - that sounds like a light ticking that appears to be created by the software, perhaps? Certainly no big deal and i'm sure the software will continue to be improved. The one point of criticism I would levy is the fitment. I have small ears based on many head phones, ear phones and earbuds over the years. The overall size of these are a tiny bit large for my ears. So, with the smallest 'wing' (which is what comes on it from the factory), along with the mid-size silicon ear-gel, it's a little tight. After about 30mins, if the buds are not positioned just perfect, they will start to cause discomfort. However, if they are positioned correctly (and I don't move them), I've had them in for 4hrs with no real discomfort. I tried using the foam-tips and even the smallest ones are too large. They cause too much pressure. This all being said, one they are 'in' just right, they a In! I feel like I could play football and these won't fall out. I think I would trade a bit of potential discomfort for the security of these not falling out while exercising. I have ran and weight trained with them for up to 1.5hrs at the gym and they never even shifted. If you have what would be considered 'average' size ears, these will likely fit just fine and if your ears are larger, they have larger options to to hold them in place. I think that covers it. Hope this helps. $250 is a chunk of change and I'm very thankful when someone takes the time to clearly explain things about new tech like this, so it was my turn to return the favor.

Not quite 'there' yet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bluetooth dropped at times and hurt my ears even after trying different earpieces and sound was WEAK. Jaybird tarah pro's ALL THE WAY! I'd say, address comfort, bluetooth and sound quality issues and THEN you can compete with Jaybird.

Decent product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The buds worked well, however they were truly painful to wear. They killed my ears, not from being loud, but the size made my ears ache while they were in. I could not handle it. Maybe my inner ears are too small, but not for me.
