I tried all 4 different tips, and all 3 of the outside parts. Never found a combination where the ear bud would stay in. Music sounded very flat with little bass response. Any background noise? Just take them out, you will not be able to hear your music. Glad that Best Buy would take them back.

Gone bad after two months

Since February, I can barely hear anything on the right earbud. Every time that happens I have to either reset the device or disconnect and connect again for it to work properly for half hour before going bad again. Even those two stars are provided for not falling off my ear during workout sessions. The left bud still works - only because I barely use it.

I've had four pairs of Jaybird which use to have a lifetime sweat warrany. They replaced them three times due to sweat malfunction. I tried to replace them again and they told me that the policy had changed. They only have a 1 year warranty now. Needless to say I think they were replacing to many faulty pairs.
