Thank you for letting us know about your difficulties with our Jabra Elite Sport. It's really important that you try the various different sized ear gels and wings to get the proper fit. Sometimes it may mean having a small ear gel in one ear and a medium in the other ear. It's also important to twist/turn them into the ear from front to back. Some people try to put them into the ear like a traditional headset.
If you would like to give them another try we can trouble shoot walking you thru placement. It will also affect the sound quality if you do not have them properly placed in the ear canal.

But agian you can download a EQ app and adj however you like. My only complaint is no matter what i try ear tips, wings etc....can not get the right side to seal as good as the left. Even without hear through turned on....i. can still people around me......

I will put them in the case, close it, but they still stay connected. They make an incredibly loud screech when they're in the case.

I have small and narrow ear canals and none of the ear adjustments fixed this issue. I really love these ear buds and wished they were smaller and fit my ears better. I definitely would recommend them if you have average to larger ears.

Equalizer in app very poor. Pros: Easy to set up, easy to connect. Easy controls on buds. Fair fit in ear. Noise Isolation, NOT cancellation. Only reason I did not return is BB's Extreme restock fee.

Not as good as the Bose in terms of bass and sound but I had terrible Bluetooth issues with the Bose and switched to these.
