DO NOT buy these expensive Bluetooth headphones. In a matter of days the headphones stopped pairing with my phone even though the headphones were still listed. At this price point there should never ever be connectivity issues period!

Originally bought Galaxy iconx. Being an avid Samsung user I tried very hard to like them. Ended up returning them and bought the these. Very pleased! Exceeded my expectations!

These headphones are expensive, but well worth the price. I am a runner and have been looking for a pair of headphones that do everything the Jabra's offer for a long time. I love them and would recommend them to anyone.

I tried the HereOne first and the battery life was just too short, not to mention the loudness wasn't up where I liked. The Jabra however definitely meet my expectations on both. Glad I switched and have not looked back.

I think Jabra is a great brand. These headphones didn’t work for me. Even the smallest size were painful over time. People on the receiving end of the phone were irritated hearing exterior noise. The left side ran out of power hours before the right side. I returned them.

Only down side is selecting proper ear piece but the quality is SUPER

Terrible battery life. Battery duration started to dwindle after 12 months. After 18 months my battery life is at 30 minutes max/have to carry my case to recharge (not practical @ gym/ running). I paid over $200 and expected battery duration to be more than what am getting now (25-30min). Jabra should consider replacing unit post warranty (battery quality) regardless if its been over 12 months. At this price point; product life expectation should max at 3+ years vs 12 months. great quality, but batter life needs improvement. Got mine in 2019.

Have had here for over a year and had to get them swapped out due to one ear bud not being able to charge. I was able to swap them out and decided to get the next addition. Love my headphones!

Hard to find a comfortable combo of ear pieces to be long term good

Decent product but it was hard to get good earphone seal.

Left ear made a crackled noise when walking away prom phone.

This worked fine for the first couple of days and then it started paining in my ears, I did try all 3 variations, nothing seemed to fit, may be its just me. But also had bad bluetooth connectivity my iPhone. So, I returned them for beats solo 3

Do you scare birds are very nice but they just don't have the sound quality of the competitor including the Bragi. It seems as though they spent their time fixing everything to Bragi Dash didn't do except for sound which is the most important thing! Still waiting for a solution

They are not so good because I didn't like the size

Within 3 months of buying these the right earbud would periodically stop working (no audio) within the period of about a month. Placing them in the charging case seemed to solve the issue each time. 8 months after buying these, the right earbud started acting up again and this time died completely. I contacted Jabra Support, and the process of getting these replaced has been so frustrating. Firstly, the process entails an initial email, and then several follow-up emails with consecutive steps for testing and reseting your earbuds, all of which proved ineffective. Honestly, Jabra. Send ONE email, with the consecutive steps laid out. If the first process doesn't work, I can easily move on to the next—I shouldn't have to wait two days to get a follow up email with MORE steps, and another two to find out what's next. All said and done, simply emailing to get a shipping label to send them back for replacement took a week, and then another week for them to arrive. Currently I am looking at my order status for the replacements as placed. They are just sitting in the warehouse and have been for a week. By the time they get here it will have been over a month at least since I contacted them with my issue. The product itself is great, when it works, but the support side of things has been so terrible I cannot at all recommend you buy these, even on clearance, as they seem to be now. When, or if, I get my replacements, I will use them until they break (which is likely?), after which I will not be giving Jabra my money again.

First off, I didn't like the look of Q tips coming out of my ears and love the sound of Elite sports, received online special price at store and made it even better, great customer service.
