    Returned back to store - would not keep charge

    I liked the idea behind these and they sounded great but they would not keep their stated charge and would die after 15 minutes even after a full charge. Call the company and they wanted me to download all new software and reset them which I did but still no luck.

      We are sorry you had some issues with the Jabra Elite Sport holding a charge. It's important that the earbuds sit in the case properly to achieve a full connection in order to charge properly. You can tell if the units are charging when the case lights up. Sometimes if you don't have the eargels or ear wings on properly it will prevent a correct connection. You may then think they are charging when in fact they aren't.

      You should be able to get up to 4.5 hrs battery life from one charge and then an additional two charges when placed in the charging case. You may want to give them another try them again. Since you downloaded the software update and that didn't work it could be that you had a faulty unit.

    Bought this as a gift with high expectations based on reviews. For the price they should be much better. This headset is basically only good for listening to music. I wish I could return/exchange them. When I talk to my fiancé on the phone, my volume on my TV can be set at the lowest level(so low that I can barely even hear it) and she asks me why do I have my TV so loud..... I can hear my voice echo and she can hear hers. There's an enormous amount of feedback and echo that we both can hear. If there is anything anyone can do to help, please let me know.
