This product was good until you hit a couple months on them then they did they 80% charged disconnect. When they worked they worked great, but when they didnt work they didnt work. Too many disconnects had to bring them back. I exchanged for upgraded version so we will see.

Could never get them to fit well and they fell out easily. I had to hold them in place and press them firmly in my ear to get the audio to sound decent. I also couldn't get them to fit in the charging case with the earwings on, so I had to remove them and put them back on each time, which was a hassle.

      Hello Grievecrew
We are sorry to hear you had some difficulties with the fit of the Jabra Elite Sport. We take care in making sure that there are several different options of ear gels and wings so the customer can get the proper fit for them. With the proper fit you then have better audio quality.

The ear buds are a little different from other brands with how you put them in. This may have been part of the issue as well. The fit is best obtained by "turning" them (in a backwards motion) into the ear.

When you have the proper ear gels and wings and put them in you will find a snug fit with great audio sound as well.

We are sorry to hear your Jabra Elite Sport hurt your ear. There is an ear gel that comes on the ear buds. It's possible you didn't see it and added another ear gel over it making it larger than normal. We have several options in the package of smaller and larger ear gels as well as wings so that the customer can get the proper fit for comfort.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. We really appreciate your feedback and we will continue to work hard on improving our products. You can contact us directly at [email protected] Jabra

justify the headaches with user interface and the complicatedness of the earpieces themselves. No way to turn off the heart monitor. Audio was OK - not good enough for the price. Give it two or three years and this market niche will be done right at a much more reasonable price point.

Hello Apple1 - We are sorry to hear that the Jabra Elite Sport was not comfortable. The Elite Sport comes with multiple ear gels and ear wings, and most users are able to find a secure and comfortable fit. The heart rate monitor is located at the bottom of the right ear bud. The ear buds may need to be adjusted to sit more comfortably in your ear, and to properly position the heart rate monitor. Please check out this article we published on our website to get the best results when using the heart rate monitor: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-sport#/FAQ/Features/How-do-I-get-the-correct-fit-for-my-Jabra-Elite-Sport-and-the-heart-rate-monitor#100-98600001-02. We appreciate your feedback, and we would love to work with you if you have any questions about your Elite Sport. We want you to get the most from your purchase. Thank you for your review. Jabra

I loved the idea- truly wireless earbuds. However, the sound wasn't great. I would have probably put up with it, except they kept falling out. Even though the kit comes with three different sizes, none of them worked with the shape of my ears. Very disappointed.

These are not that comfortable in my ear and for the price I expected them to hold the charge much longer. The sound is decent. The overall use of being able to toggle between different features was not easy. I will be returning

I always love Jabra products but this one is not my favorite. My ears started paining after 15 min of continuous listening. Also had issues with my left earbud discharging even when not in use. I ended up returning these.

      Hello Manoj,
Very sorry to hear you had some fit issues with the Jabra Elite Sport. It sounds as if ear buds might not have been sitting in the charging cradle properly. Our Jabra Elite Sport comes with several different ear wings and gels to allow you to find the perfect fit. Sounds like they might have been too large for your ear.

We are sorry our product did not meet your expectations and we appreciate your feedback. We promise to ensure it goes back into our organization for review. We are always trying to better our product and your feedback helps.

These were good, in the beginning. I purchased these and within a year the left bud died on me. Jabra did replace it no questions asked in a fast time period. However, now I am having issues with volume diminished in the buds and I'm having a hard time getting them to charge in the charger. I've tried cleaning contacts with alcohol, etc. More trouble than they are worth.

Hello arra. We are sorry to hear this. Typically our users enjoy the sound quality of the Elite Sport, and it is unfortunate that you did not have this experience. The quality of sound is highly dependent on a proper fit, and we hope that you would consider trying a different sized ear gel and ear wing in each ear to see if you notice a difference. Please watch this video tutorial for the proper fit: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-sport#/Video/Tutorial---Jabra-Elite-Sport-Perfect-Fit#100-98600001-02 We also have included a Music Equalizer in the Jabra Sport Life app so that you can customize the sound to your liking. Thank you for your review. Jabra

I bought this product over a month ago. I don't use it too often. Here is my problem. It is very annoying. I put my ear buds in its charging case to recharge and shut off. But no. After ear buds are charged, they turn themself on while inside the case. WHY? Few times I took those ear buds out and found with less than an hour of charge. Also while these are charging in case, I would wear my old ear buds. Either half an hour or 1 hour later, the music stopped playing in my old ear buds but phone shows music is playing. I found out jabra has turned on and became main ear buds.

These buds were the worst fitting I have ever tried. Instant ear pain no matter what combo of plugs I tried. And the rubber bumpers you have to fit fall off constantly. There were unusable. Horrible design.

The headphones were very uncomfortable and they kept dropping and the music would pause and you have to press the button to turn the music back on. The sound is not BOSE. Just not worth the price.
