these are supposed to be noise cancelling earbuds, they are not. also, sometimes the right one doesn't work and I have to put it back in the case and restart it. sound is terrible have it all the way cranked up at the gym and still can barely hear when I am on the treadmill watching a show. Not worth the money!!

Hello Icaa - We appreciate you taking the time to write your review. Yes, it is correct that if you would like to use a single earbud of the Jabra Elite Sport, you must use the right one as this is the one that connects to your mobile device via Bluetooth. The left connects to the right using a different radio technology. We apologize if this does not meet your expectations for the device. Thank you. Jabra

I bought this thinking to have more freedom but it was a nightmare, it hurts to place in the ear, the heart beats information were totally wrong, to try to use the commands on they were in the year you have to press hard, the sound wasn't so good and the app didn't work in my Iphone 7.

Since I purchased, the left earbud has consistently not worked. I am working through the warranty right now, which seems to be good, but unbelievably frustrating to take something out of the package and have it malfunction almost immediately.

    Awesome True Wireless buds

I bought these true wireless earbuds (TWE) few weeks back. I used them during my cross fit and weightlifting regime and was so surprised that I wanted to write a review here. I was initially very skeptical about buying these TWE because of few known glitches known to all. First one is price and second one is the battery life. Most of the competitive brands sell at the price range of 250-300 bucks. The battery life on almost all of them is between 1-2.5 hours. I tried most of those and returned back as they did not last till my workout was over. Let's review these TWE's and check why they are better than all the others right now in the market. Price: They sell at 250 bucks which is comparable to other brands. I guess any known brand like Bragi or the Samsung sell almost in the same the range hence not much of the difference in this segment. Connection: They connect pretty easily. The first time paring can be a bit confusing but after that it is seamless. The connection is amazing for these earbuds. I could walk across the gym without any loss in the connection. Sometimes I could hear some glitches if my phone is blocked by some metal object (or a big dude in gym). I paired these with my iPhone. Battery life: This is the deal breaker for me. I bought the Samsung but returned as they could not last more than 1.5 hrs. These TWE indicate to last for 3 Hrs and surprisingly they do last for three hours. The app shows the time remaining which is pretty accurate. My cross fit schedule lasts for about an hour and half but my weightlifting goes till 2.5 hrs. After every workout session I still had battery remaining in them. So I tried them in office and they went dead after approx 3 hrs so I guess the claim of battery life is justified. Now, in office the heart rate monitor and other app options were not ON so I don't know how much that would affect but in general they do live till your workout. Usability: They are a bit heavier so prolong use might be uncomfortable. But again you have to charge them after 3 hours so I don' think that would be an issue. The fit is OK not as great as Samsung but with correct fins and earbud attachment they can be pretty comfortable. One thing to notice is since they are heavy, they don't stay when you are circuit training. In my case they would fall out during Burpees, snatches etc. The point here is being heavy is a down side for them. App function: The application is good. It gives me the heart rate, battery life which is pretty accurate. I have not used it too much but the basic function are oK. The rep counting is pretty accurate. The heart rate monitoring is OK, not as accurate as my chest strap but a good indication if you dont care much. I would subtract about 10% from the miles and calories indicated on the app just to be sure that I am not over estimating my training values. More in this section when I get some concrete results to compare. Sound Quality: This is most important feature and for most people a deal breaker. Now I am not an audiophile but have good sense about the mids, low and highs. I would say for these all of them are well balanced. In gym I mostly hear the EDM which is nothing but Bass and high with moderate mids. They deliver to my expectations. I compared the sound between powerbeats 2 and these earbuds. They really have good bass considering their size and driver size. The highs and Mids are not as crisp but are well balanced. To sum it up the sound is rich, well balanced and loud. The most important thing to keep in mind is better isolation you have, the better they are going to sound. So try all the attachments to get the tightest sound isolation. Final verdict, I would recommend them to anyone who hate wires and love TWE. They are my best buddies in the gym as they keep all the sounds and distractions away from me. I have not tried the hear through feature but I dont care much about it.

I'm very disappointed with the Jabra - Elite Sport True Wireless Earbud Headphones. The sound is truly poor. I wish I had tested them before I bought. I wouldn't use them even if they were free but given the $200 price tag, I'm bewildered.

Great fit after a little trial and error. I have absolutely no problem keeping them in my ears during run or workout. I sometimes forget they are in my ears while going into a store. The sound is waayy better than I expected. Very crisp and clear. Controls are simple and effective. Battery life is as advertised as well. As far as Bluetooth connectivity, I can walk all the way to the opposite end of my apartment 3 rooms away and still pick up the signal. I was reluctant to invest in this technology as I have heard mixed reviews. I had concerns that there would be untold bugs like poor sound, bad connection, ect. With Jabra, I encountered the best ratings and decided to give em a try. I feel like I have sacrificed nothing for the added freedom of truely wireless. If youre on the fence about purchasing TWEs or which ones wont let you down, the elites are the way to go.

It says noise canceling. Not even close. It says it could pair up to two devices. That’s why I went with these instead of Bose and it doesn’t even do that. Best Buy won’t even exchange and work with me to exchange this product

Hello Carolyn, It seems there was come confusion regarding the Jabra Elite Sport. You are able to pair with up to 8 devices. Only one at a time will be the active connection though. We do have other products that support multi-point connections. As for the noise cancelling, if it is not functioning correctly for you, we incite you to contact our Support Team to help resolve this concern. So far I've tried these, Bragi Dash, Sol Republic Amps Air, Samsung Gear, and Skybuds. Jabra Elites are the best so far in my opinion. Sol Republic sound the best and Skybuds are the most comfortable. Jabra is second in both those categories plus they have the heart monitor and awesome app. Sol Republics are a little big and Skybuds sound great but they don't go nearly loud enough. Samsungs are very comfortable and also sound great but one hour battery life isn't worth it for the price. I've tried the Jabra coach, halo, rox, pulse and pace and because all of these don't go loud enough I thought for sure that this would be the same with the Elites. This was NOT the case! There is enough volume and it sounds really good.

I'm a runner. When the thought of cordless running came out, I've tried a few of the others and latency was usually the problem going from one ear to the other. I have not experienced this one after 4 runs over a 10 day period. The range is good. My cell was still on treadmill in the basement and I went upstairs and sound and connection remained the same. Pros: - Good, Secure Fit - Comfortable, particularly with foam earbuds over the silicon - Good sound - Definitely can handle the sweat I have not tried the app that goes with it for activities because I use Strava. This app doesn't like directly to Strava nor does it connect with Apple Health. The original price of $250 steered me away, but once it went on sale, I'm glad I purchased.
