I don’t like it because there are uncomfortable,I returned and purchased a bose and I really really like it, completely different sound

it is really sad that what is advertised as Engineered to be the most technically advance true wireless sports earbuds dose not really work; or I'm doing something really bad.

Purchased these before X-Mas after researching multiple options and manufacturers. Chose the Jabra's based on the excellent reviews, warranty, & also being waterproof. The sound quality is amazing with deep bass, the fit is perfect with no slip or slop or fear of falling out, and the battery life and charging storage case are excellent. Spending hours training for Ironman - I have no regrets with purchasing this and I would highly recommend

Bought in Jan 10 and already had to get one of the headsets replace by manufacturer because it stop working.

It’s ok, if u have a small ear it hurts. Don’t like that the only way both work is they have to be in both ears can’t just use one.

Not great, I would NOT recommend this product in the slightest. Get any other Jabra, or any other brand like Bose easy.

I originally bought the Skybuds, but was extremely disappointed. The sound quality is good, and overall the Skybuds look good, but the max volume was so low. These headphones, however, are amazing. So far, they are comfortable to wear, the sound is great, and the firmware update was extremely easy and fast. I actually think I like it even better than my Powerbeats 2. Highly recommended.

After one month waiting.. I was exited to use the Jabra Elite Sport.. Bluetooth doesn't work...it is really bad... just take it back..

These are my first truly wireless earbuds, but I have used Jaybird, JBL and Morola Bluetooth earbuds. They sound great. Just as good as my Jaybird Xs and just as good as any of the wired earbuds I've tried(I haven't tried any exotic expensive buds though). You do have to work a little initially to get a good fit, but once that's done they just stay in your ear wether I'm running, cycling or working out. These have best connection I've ever seen. I can set my phone next to the 1/16 mile indoor track at the gym and run my workout without skipping a beet. The pass through feature seems to work well and much better after installing the firmware update. Don't worry the the update is a simple operation that Jabra app does for you. I like the Jabra app. It's got a lot of great features. A few things would be nice though: You can create a custom interval workout, but you can't save it. Also it needs more workout categories. Please add the ability to customize the prepackaged workouts. It would be nice to change the number of sets as well as be able to add/remove an exercise. Also, the "use GPS" option is buried in the settings and should be in the add workout page. Last, make an iwatch app. That would be really great! Overall I think these earbuds are awesome hardware wise. The software is good, but could improved.

These ear buds were definitely not what I expected. They did not fit well, nor was the sound good. I had to return them.

Had many issues. Returned them after a couple of days. Didn't fit right and they didn't charge properly. Just not worth it.

Not for anyone with smaller ears. The earbuds rub and do not fit correctly in your ear.

First let me say that I really like this product alot. It is well designed and manufactured with excellent sound lightweight and quite comfortable to wear. However there is a bit of a steep learning curve to using this product. Headphones like other headphones I have previously had come with a mini USB charging cable which I naturally assumed plugs in the back of my computer. Unfortunately using this method headphones quickly died. These headphones require active charging, either with the computer on or preferably connected to a adapter that plugs into an regular outlet. Nowhere did Jabbra tactical support or users manual suggest this. Furthermore when the left earphone unplugged from the right your phone and would not connect jabbra technical supporrt suggested a complicated repairing process rather than what the users manual suggested and worked which was tapping the lower button on the left ear phone. Like the sound equalizer. Overall a great pair of headphones. Glad I kept them!

I almost returned these, but then I figured out how to best use them. I mean I shouldn't have to make these tweaks, but I love these feature wise, so I wanted to make these work. 1st, I am farrrrrrrrr from an audio snob or audio pro on sound quality but these are DEFINITELY NOT noise cancelling. I could still hear background noise, like my coworkers talking nonsense in a normal tone, when they were full blast and that's with Hear Through turned off. Also, the ear tips that come with them are garbage and made the buds hurt my ear. Then I remembered I had some Comply ear tips laying around and BOOM, comfort and noise canceling. True Wireless Pro is what you'd need. I can't hear a thing with these at lower volumes unless hear through is on thanks to comply. 2nd, you have to make sure you have them in your ear correctly or even my comply tips didn't help. The insert and rotate method in the instructions really does work great for these ear buds. Also make sure the wings are tucked so they are completely hidden. This makes a perfect fit and optimizes sound. Last, the sound itself is pretty bad. No bass and not loud at all compared to my Jaybird X3s. So I used my samsung phone music app to guide me through setting the equalizer in the Sport life app because the samsung equalizer better explains for optimal sound, especially with their presets. I can't understand why Jabra wouldn't put presets or more details with their equalizer. But nonetheless I was able to drastically improve the bass and brought the sound up a good amount, however, these ear buds are still not as loud as they should be. I'm dealing with the pretty big sacrifice of them not being loud enough and keeping them only because the button controls it offers allows you to do so much and everything I need, the hear through feature which I love for work, I can use only one with great sound, I can use google assistant, and ear wings are a must for me. But I'm going to keep my eye on up and coming brands with these features but louder and these will then be on the first thing smoking...

I've had these for over a week, and so far I am very pleased. The connection to both my iPhone and my Apple Watch has been bulletproof. After trying a couple of the included earpieces I was able to get a good fit that block external noise, and stayed in place during workouts. Sound quality is very good, but not quite as good as high end wired headphones. I first tried the Samsung Gear Icon X, but the sound quality and battery life are not nearly as good as the Jabra. They do have two small downsides. First, they are a bit bigger than the Samsung, but it doesn't really affect the comfort. Second, the buttons are not touch sensitive, so they are a little difficult to operate.

I loved the idea of having wireless ear buds but I was not impressed with style of the fit.

This is probably one of the best wireless earbud on the market right now. Very easy to use, it sync to your phone as soon you take out from the case. It has a true stereo sounds without any interference. The quality of sound is close to wire headset. I tried the skybud it has poor connection. The skybud case doesn't power off the earbuds while inside the case verse Jabra case will power off itself when in the case. The Jabra elite sport has excellent quality build, its very solid in both the earbuds and the case. Jabra heart rate measurement is very close to accurate. I tested this with polar heartrate chest band and both are very close. Jabra earbuds has a good battery indicators on the earbuds and the case.

They are too uncomfortable for me, I wouldn’t recommend these.
