Great quality great price great size
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love these earbuds they are so nice and fit my ears so well. They charge quickly and can use them for several hours at a time. I love the hair through function on them as that way I can still interact with others and listen to my music or talk on the phone.

Good but...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read several reviews before my purchase and subsequent return...here are the reasons why I hope they help with your decision. 1. Hear through does work but all you can hear is wind when cycling. Only good for the gym, etc. 2. The app (on iPhone) does not allow the screen to stay open (locked) during use. 3. The data does not sync with Apple Health Kit or My Fitness Pal. The sound (without Hear Through) is good and the fit is good but not good enough for $270...

Does not last, bad customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These were great for the first month, then the case started not to shut all of the way to charge. It was a real hassle because the headphones only last about one gym session. It was also unfornute because they do sound great when working properly, but I found every time I pulled them from the case they were not charged. I contacted customer service and the recommendation was that I remove the foam tips every time I put the earbuds in the case. These would get lost in a couple days! I responded, “am I expected to remove these every time I put them in the case to charge because this sounds like a design issue.” They answered back with a difficult process to follow to even be considered of getting a replacement which also reiterated the point to take ear tips off before putting back in the case. Do I need to take this apart after every use? Just forget it! I buy many headphones and will not touch Jabra again after that experience. Poor product research

Great for running
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the Elite Sports after a couple trials with the Bose Soundsport and the Jabra 65t. Found the Elite Sports to be best due to the foam clips that came with them. My issue with the other two products was the fact they only came with gel tips. They fit well, but the odd sensation of hearing body motion while on the treadmill or running outside was not acceptable. The foam tips negate that and fit me well. I have the Elite Sports paired with my S7 and Garmin 645 Music. I hate running with the phone so the Garmin works very well with these. They stay in my sweaty ears very well- actually took a couple face plants while running jungle trails and tripping on rocks. Note that I don't use the heart rate function etc. that is part of the package so cannot comment on its ease of use and accuracy. Will probably get a second pair the next few months.

Nice audio but uncomfortable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tried these out for about 14 days out and about at the gym and driving as well as hiking. They have good audio quality and last longer than most headphones in their class. However my biggest complaint was comfort they hurt your ears after about 5 minuntes and it doesn't get any better. After work outs it felt so good to take them out of my ears. They are way to heavey and large also the controls hurt to use as you have to push in hard to get them to work and this pushes the headphones uncomfortable mold into your ear exasperating the comfort issue. Overall the audio was good and the durability felt great but the controls and fit were poorly designed.

Best sound. Easy pairing and great fit
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was able to get a great fit which makes the sound quality fantastic. Base is good and strong. It was a seemless pairing process. The update to latest firmware took longer than expected but not unduly so.

Garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After owning these earbuds for a few months the left ear bud decided to stop working. I tried contacting the company for warranty and it's been a complete nightmare to get these replaced. Customer service takes forever to respond and I still haven't gotten my issues resolved. I'm really disappointed because I paid a lot of money for these things only for it to work for a few months. Never been dropped or exposed to water. I only use it for the gym and even though it says its sweat proof I still do not allow sweat to touch it. I would stay away from this product. Sound quality is also not the greatest. Volume does not go very high and there is very little bass.

Good tech, but they hurt
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved the tech in these headphones, but I had to return them after a week because i couldn't find a fit that didn't hurt my ears. To be fair, I have this issue with most in-ear headphones (though Jaybird usually works pretty well). Too bad, because I liked everything else about these headphones.

Glitchy as all get out
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I drop $200 on earbuds, I (reasonably, I think) expect functionality. Literally the only reason I am not returning these is that I got really busy with work such that my experiences of this product weren't established as horrible enough for a return until 24 hours after Best Buy's 15 day Return Policy ran out. But let me be fair, so you know why I am leaving one star. The Good: The mic for phone calls is surprisingly good. Even though the product seals your ears to the point where hearing from your surroundings is highly muffled, the mic projects to the speakers and pics up your voice really well. (However, be careful if you are talking in a windy place as the mic picks up wind like you wouldn't believe) The Bad: Even if you turn the earbuds off DO NOT EVER PUT THEM IN THE CARRYING CASE. Both the carrying case and the earbuds will somehow magically run through battery even if everything is perfectly charged. You essentially have 4 hours of use total if you keep them in the carrying case AND use them for 4 hours during the day with carrying case recharge. Put another way, if your earbuds are fully charged up and you keep them in the carrying case because WHERE ELSE WOULD YOU KEEP THESE, the carrying case battery will still run itself down anyway even though the earbuds are fully charged. I assume if you keep the fully-charged-but-turned-off earbuds outside of the carrying case, this wouldn't be a problem. But why on earth would you do that. The whole point is you should be able to keep the earbuds in the case designed for them, but this is actually the least efficient way to get the most battery life out of them. But that's not why they get one star. They get one star because, for some reason, every time I try and turn these on after leaving them in the case charging for hours... they won't. The straw that broke the camel's back and led to this review was the 10th (I've counted) time that it took me 15+ minutes to get the right ear bud to *turn on* after a charging session. This is a regular problem I have with these and it has barely been half of a month. Why won't the ear bud turn on after being fully charged? I genuinely have no idea. I assume it's something to do with how they automatically turn off with plugged in and automatically turn on when you take them out... usually. Except half the time there's this weird state where they are fully charged but refuse to turn on, even if you hold the power button down for a minute. But the 13th time I put it back in the charging case, closed the case, reopened, and took the earbud out, it finally turns on automatically and connects as if there's not problem. ... It should not take me 13 times in a $200 piece of equipment. I am beyond done with this. Do yourself a favor and buy literally anything else. I dearly miss my Jaybird 2s. The only reason I didn't buy them is the 3s got bad reviews. But the 2s were so good. Try ebay. They were amazing.

For the money?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had these 3 months now. Really, for the money, these are questionable. The sound quality is so-so at best. High treble and medium mid-range, absolutely no bass. I've had issues with the left earbud volume level. Jabra support responds reasonably and I've been able to keep using them. The earwings always look like they want to fall off. They are easy to clean. Disassemble and use light, cool water. Dry. No worries. The buttons are impossible to use without jamming the unit deep inside your ear, that's really annoying. Took several tries to find the right combination of gel/wing to get a runners fit. Heart rate is spot on, comparing to my Garmin wrist computer. Have yet to try the GPS. I hate to sound cliche but I've tried many, many wireless buds. The best thing about them is their pairing mechanism. Whatever they use, it's distance based, not reliant on bouncing waves off nearby objects and matching the delay left to right. This is great for open field running where there are no structures (unlike Bose that frequently unpair while out in the open.). I've destroyed many earbuds in the past 4 years and these are so far the best of them all despite the shortcomings and a mediocre review. Sweat proof to the extreme, unlike the crappy Jaybird products.

Posted .Hello SkirvyRunnin - We appreciate your feedback in regards to your Jabra Elite Sport. To obtain optimal sound quality and bass, finding the perfect fit is key. We are glad that you took the time to find the right fit combination, and we hope that you checked out the equalizer in the Jabra Sport Life app (Settings > Headphone Settings > Music Equalizer, prerequisite: Firmware version 5.1.0 or later). The ear wings are consumable pieces, subject to normal wear and tear over the course of a few months due to sweat. If they are falling off constantly, you may need to replenish your accessories, which we sell on the Jabra website. We find that the best way to press the buttons on the ear buds is to place your thumb behind your ear, and use your index finger to press them, which takes pressure off the inside of the ear. It is great to hear that you enjoy using the heart rate monitor and experience stable connection when using the Elite Sport. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Jabra Support. We are always here for you. Thanks for your review!

Earbuds and Heart Monitor Need Serious Improvement
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did quite a bit of research before buying these wireless buds. I chose them because they got good marks for sound and the heart monitor was said to be accurate. The reality -- for me at least -- is that although these earbuds come with a generous array of earphone tips, none of them produced a proper fit that would produce anything but a very tinny sound and/or consistent heart monitor operation. I ended up buying Comply Sport Pro Premium earphone tips, which vastly improved the sound but block the heart monitor. They are also so big that the earbuds no longer fit into the recharging carrying case. I'm going to look into returning these unless someone can suggest a solution. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Poor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great headphones, when you can get them to connect. I had no problem connecting these to my iphone and apple watch - hold down the button, select, etc. Worked great the first time I used them running with my apple watch. However, next time I went to use, they would not connect. The option to select them displayed under settings, but they were out of range. I tried turning everything off an on several times, reconnecting, everything. Extremely frustrating when they are this expensive. If cheap Amazon headphones connect easily, I don't know why it is so difficult for these.

Defective and taking too long to replace
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my girlfriend as a gift for Christmas, at first it was all good but after a few days, the other side (I think the left side) simply stopped working. We asked for support from Jabra but they just kept on telling us to update the firmware, and for multiple times. Nothing was fixed through this process so we kindly requested if they could send us a replacement product. I bought this for my girlfriend as a sign of my support for her goal to be more "active" in the gym but unfortunately it was a faulty product (I expected a lot more because it was expensive). According to her, it feels really weird that two earphones are inside your ears but only one is working. We just want it replaced and not go through this firmware reinstallations multiple times. They even asked us to install a firmware using a different language and install it back in english again. I'm not sure if that was supposed to be our job, why would you have your customers have that burden of waiting while you "troubleshoot" what's actually happening with the product that you're selling for a hefty price. I wish they would just replace this asap. It's already getting frustrating.

Not much good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only good thing is they're still "working" after 6mo of heavy sweat use. Past that the sound quality is horrible. Sounds like the stereo from a 1990 Ford pick-up truck. The left earbud has 3 volumes; off, 25% of what it's supposed to be, and what it's supposed to be. I can only get the full volume while I hold it against the bottom of my ear, when I start running again, it's gone. Earbuds aren't loud enough for me. Would not recommend.

Need some improvements.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My biggest complaint is that they only lasted a month. The case was built solid and charged the head phones in a fast manner. The ear piece themselves were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately it was the Bluetooth function that was the problem. The connection was bouncing between ear pieces and the mic kept cutting out the during phone calls. Very disappointing for the price.

Beware of any product in this line
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.See my review of the Active 65t. It may or may not be relevant to this product but be forewarned about the flaws in the design of that one and the disregard from the Jabra customer service department. Long story short: the 65t had a very poor fit. It was impossible to keep in my ear even after jamming and twisting it in to the point of painfulness. Finally it popped out and was lost forever. When I compared the ear-cups used by Jabra with others I found them much shorter and that could be why they didn't seal well no matter how hard I tried and painful it became. Longer replacement cups wouldn't fit in the charging case. Their customer service depart was no help and callous. I wouldn't take a chance on them again. Once bitten twice shy.
