    Customer support not up to par

    I have had my Jabra Elite Sport ear buds for a little over two months. They stopped working the other day so I called Jabra support for assistance. The first thing they asked me to do was reset the charger which takes 8 hours according to their process which they have an email template for you to follow. A little concerning that it happens often enough for them to build a template for me to follow. That didn’t work so second day spent over an hour trying to reach someone that had no additional technical help for me but to send me an email with instructions on multiple items of information I needed to photograph and send back to her so she could escalate it to a level 2 support group that she said would respond by email in the next couple of days. Looks like Jabra makes getting some resolution to a problem with their product a major hassle.

    JABRA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS SATISFACTI

    I used my Jabra Elite Headphones for 6 months of problem free usage. After 6 months , I noticed the battery life was getting less and less after a charge. It got to the point where they were only lasting 10 - 15 minutes after full charge. I contacted Jabra via email and they promptly replied to try an update. That did not work so I emailed back and they told me their customer service department would be sending me a pre-paid shipping label to return the ear buds and get new ones. That was over a month ago, ive called, emailed, etc and have not gotten a single response since. I sat on hold for their customer service department for over an hour and no one ever picked up. DO NOT BUY ANY JABRA PRODUCT AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I have sent this info to our local tv consumer advocate and hopefully they'll do a story on this unprofessional company.

    Discomfort should be in the Jabra name.

    I looked at all of the reviews, believing that I had finally found the best product in the wireless earbud category - one that is still very niche. However, the size of the earbuds, the foam and silicone gel tips, and the wings are all too large for someone with small to average sized ears. When I say discomfort, I mean that putting the Jabra earphones in doesn't feel great. Pushing the buttons on the sides can give you a slight pinch against what feels like my eardrum, and I get what I can only describe as "ear fatigue." Very sad. I was very excited to be a Jabra Elite Sport owner.

    No Charging Connection

    I purchased these based on the reviews for true wireless headphones. Upon receiving them, I was impressed with the packaging and overall feel and look of all components. They turned on and paired quickly and music was good considering what these headphones are for. The problem came in when I received a message for a firmware update. I charged the docking station/holding case and there was no sign of connection. As I was charging the case, a red light came on above the above the port, but when I placed the headphones in the case, there was no response and the headphones are slowly dying. In just one more hour of use, these headphones will be useless. Very disappointed!!!

    Pretty disappointing product

    It has been 2 weeks since I bought my Jabra headphones and I am really disappointed. I had been a faithful Bose customer but after reading great reviews I decided to switch to Jabra. The left headphone doesn't work anymore and seems to have a short circuit. Even when they worked, the sound quality is not even that good... Since I live in Mexico I can't have these exchanged so I just lost 250 USD on a really bad product. Thanks for making me lose my money to the fine folks at Jabra. Guess its better to stick to recognized and time tested brands like Bose.

    Overpriced junk

    After 6 months right ear bud volume is really low. Noticably lower than the left. Paired, reset, etc... Nothing. Wish I would have gotten the Airpods.

    Very Poor Sound

    Bought this pair and B&O E8 at the same time, tried on both, sounds and feels like $25 earbuds vs $200 earbuds. The elite sport does have cool functions for workouts but it is neither comfortable to wear (tried all tips and wings combo) nor does it sound good at all. I tried adjusting the sound via app but still sounds very poor.

      Thanks very much for your feedback. It sounds like you might not be getting the right fit. If not properly placed in the ear the audio quality won't be as good. When placing the ear bud you should twist it into the ear in a backwards twists motion.     Stopped Working After Just 2 Months

    Right earbud stopped working after just 2 months. No sound. Most likely a short. Typical of poorly made electronics. Took multiple conversations with Support before they agreed to replace That takes 3 weeks. Find earbuds made by an established, highly regarded manufacturer. Buy these at your own risk

    Loss of sound

    They worked great until I updated them. The left earbud started becoming muffled and after about 5 minutes losses all sound. Contact Jabra, they sent me the reset procedures, it made no difference in the problem. I have been attempting to contact them about the continued problem, they are giving me the run around about the warranty.

    So disappointed

    This is the second pair. These don't charge properly and one earbud will only play music at a very low level. For this price shouldn't have these problems. They're definitely going back.

    The worst headphones
