Jabra is one of the best bluetooth

Good for hands free phone use

The ear piece went out, due to harsh conditions. While I'm use the unit provided excellent noise reduction and comfort. I know sometimes people report that certain units are difficult to wear over long periods of time but feel this was quite comfortable to wear. I also find it easy to pair with my Samsung phone or my iPhone. Have have stuck with Jaabra and will continue to use this brand for my hands free calling benefits.

Disappointed

This model however did not fit my ear well, and did not provide good audio to the person on the other end unless I kept pushing in on the unit. Switched to a Plantronics Voyager Legend and love it!
