bluetooth connection gets lost from time to time, turning it on and off and back on may cause that connection is not established

The device looks good, but unfortunately it stops there. Sound is adequate from system announcements, but calls cannot be heard. Jabra sent a second device thinking the first may be defective, but same result. Gave one to a co-worker to try (different phone), same result. Aside from call volume issues, the connect / disconnect button takes up nearly the whole flat portion of the device. Accidental hangups were common when trying to get the device to stay in my ear enough to hear anything at all.

At full volume the sound is very faint so if there's any background noise (such as in a car) it's very difficult to hear. I also get complaints from people on the other end about sound drop-ous and clarity. On top of this, I find the device uncomfortable and it doesn't fit snugly in/on my ear. Unfortunately one can't try these things out in the store, so essentially this was a waste of money.

I bought this for my mother who uses it for business. She is very picky on bluetooth devices. In fact she returned the first one I bought her. lol and it was more expensive than this one. lol. anyway, she uses it for work and she loves it.

I am enjoying my product and I would really recommend to my friends

I could not hear on ear piece unless I pressed into my ear. Defeats the purpose.

For almost $100 all it really does is play music in answer calls. does not offer voice dial or anything. I've paid half as much and gone twice as much for others

This is a great bluetooth, I love the fact that it will call the last number you dial. I made this purchase because of the length of hours it gives you. Customer service at the store was excellent, he answer every question I asked.

Good product for what I bought it for to use on my work phone

It's expensive for the talk time, and the app do not work has issues with the conection to the cell.

I'm a plumber I drive all day constantly taking this on and off. A lot of times I find it easier just to leave it in all day and touch a button. Change the ear bud for more comfort. The voice commands sometimes suck when your texting back but its actually funny some.

It is light weight and fits in my ear perfect!!!!!

Volume is great on it great product for the money.

The noise reduction is pretty good, but it should not be called extreme by any means. The design is flawed regarding where the call answer button is on the device. Sometimes when pressing it, you actually hang up on the caller. Also, the voice answering doesn't work all that well. For what it is, it's pretty good but not worth the price.

The basic Jabra did just as well at almost 1/2 the price, so I returned it
