I should've researched, but I honesty wasn't planning on changing phones or services that day. I had some credit left on a BB gift card. When you have a problem with this particular product, you have to deal with Jabra instead of BB. Total hassle for an inferior product.

Good for what I was looking for

I kept hitting the mute or numbers buttons with my face on my iPhone, and this solves this problem, not to mention it works great while driving. I have only had a call or two where the caller had a problem with clarity and it could have been where I was compared to the device. Like I said, it works for me for what i needed it to do.
