I love my blue tooth, I can use it for my phone or listen to music with it. I would tell my family and friends about it, it is a great bluetooth.

Got for my wife to use around the house, that way she can still use both hands while in the kitchen making me a samich! lol

Works great. Enables my son to be hands free while driving, since he doesn't have bluetooth built into his car.

The Jabra Extreme is comfortable to wear, but there's really no point in wearing it. Using it with my GS 4, the device announcements (Call from..., Power On, Power Off, etc) are loud and clear, but what matters most, the calls, are horrible.Callers sound distant and volume is VERY low. I've tried using this with and without the Android app (which does work), but the best of the three settings on the app don't help with sound quality any more than using the device without the app. Definitely would not buy again and would return if I didn't waste so much time trying to get it to work better.

it works very good had some problems but got fine service from calling JABRA and talking to service.

I recently shopped for a bluetooth headset for my iPhone 4 after my previous headset died. At the store, I was torn between the Plantronics Savor M1100 and this Jabra Extreme 2. I did not see enough reviews for the Jabra, and eventually I decided to buy the Plantronics model. It fit fine, and the volume was loud enough, however, I found it to sound a bit muffled or tinny. I was told that I sounded clear on the other end. I noticed that with the Plantronics, I could not hear if a text message came in, or was sent. The only audible sounds through the headsets were calls or streaming music. I liked the fact that I could answer calls simply by saying Answer. However, I found the placement of buttons kind of fumbly, and I frequently pressed the voice call button while trying to adjust the headset. Also the volume button did not allow for quick volume up or down, but rather you'd have to go through the whole cycle of low to loud, which I found cumbersome. I researched a bit more about the Jabra Extreme 2, and found out that this product was fairly new, and upgrade to the previous Jabra Extreme. I liked the fact that the Jabra Extreme 2 comes with a car charger, mini usb adapter, and a wall charger. The cord to the wall charger is short, but it's not a deal breaker for me. The headset easily paired to my iPhone 4. I noticed a difference in the quality of sound. I made a few calls, alternating between the two headsets. The Jabra Extreme 2 sounded more like the sound through the actual iPhone, rather than the slightly muffled tinny sound I experienced with the Plantronics. Also, the sound did not irritate my ear, as it did with the Plantronics, and volume adjustment was very easy, with designated buttons for up or down. I've made calls from moving cars, and I was able to hear the other party well, as was my voice on the other line. The earpiece was comfortable, and you have the option of using the ear hook or just the inserts. Startup of the device with the on/off switch was quick. I really like the Caller ID announce feature, where it tells you who is calling you so that you don't have to look at your phone. I make voice dial calls by holding the call button until the Voice Control option on my phone prompts me. You can also hear the battery life, and on the iPhone, there is a battery life indicator for the headset located next to the phone's battery life. The Jabra is stated to have approximately 5.5 hours of call time. The battery life for this headset impressed me more than the Plantronics, which was 4.5, and I found it draining quickly, even though I did not use the phone extensively. Another reason, why I decided to purchase the Jabra Extreme 2 instead. The music streaming feature was pretty clear. Also, I was able to hear text message notifications, and games, as if through a normal headset, a feature the Plantronics Savor did not provide me. Overall, I felt that the Jabra Extreme 2 provided more bang for the buck. It supplies me with just the features I need. I am very happy with this headset, and I would recommend it as a higher quality headset without breaking the bank.
