I got this headset after my Plantronics Pro stopped working. This product is only $20 cheaper than the Pro which is Plantronics top of the line model so it should have been a superb produt but fell short in a few areas. The Jabra Extreme 2 looks great. Very aggressive but yet small and smooth. It comes with a variety of ear plug sizes but they are a little stiff and whether you use just the plugs or the hook, after about 15 minutes you ear will start hurting. The controls are easy to use and the button will activate with very little pressure. There are audio alerts which let you how much battery you have left which is nice. The 3 microphone system picks up your voice clearly and does block a lot of background and environmental noise so callers said my voice was loud and clear. On the opposite side, I had a hard time hearing them. Even with the volume turned all the way up I couldn't understand people sometimes. The unit is very light and doesn't weight down your ear at all. But the big issue that made me return this item, is it's ability to re-pair automatically. When I turned the headset on sometimes I manually had to make my phone discover and sync with the headset. A few times when using it on my Playstation 3 to talk to my friends, the PS3 could not locate the device and I had to completely delete the headset and re-install it. Bottom line, it looks good, and talks good, but volume is too low and difficult to pair to some devices. I wouldn't pay more than $50 for this unit.

While wearing the device I received a electrical shock . This occurred several times.

Quality stinks. I've had a number decent blue tooth headset. My last one wore out and I wanted excellent noise cancelling and voice quality. I was fooled by the name "Extreme" and the claim " features Extreme noise cancellation ". Not using it except to pick up voicemail.

I drive a truck for a living so a Bluetooth is important. I bought this and no one could hear me. My truck does have some background noise so that didn't help but I bought a Bluetooth made by Bose from best buy and is definitely a superior product

Bought this for a small and quick BT headset need when I'm in a rental car but find it doesn't stay in my ear well enough to actually hear the phone conversation without putting a hand up to the headset and holding it.

If I'm driving I have to use my telephone to make a call and then transfer the call to the earpiece. I use an earpiece to eliminate the need to dial a number while driving. My motorola was great until it was lost.

Not a good selection of ear buds. Could no get volume level high enough to hear while driving. Took it back and got the one that the Best Buy sales person recommended in the first place (Plantronics Marque 2).

Couldn't hold a charge would shut off after 10 minutes. Even after 5 hour charge.

Way to much background noise cannot hear very good. Ear piece is to big and does not stay in ear. After 3 wks will not tell how much talk time left or who is calling all it does is beep.

Did not fit around the ear, in the ear and it did not sound good at all. Did not even get out of the store before it was realized it was not the one for me.

It quit working and won't even charge. I thought it would be very good and am very disappointed.

Lots of satic noise. People on the other end complaint that they coundnt hear me clearly.

This device was expensive and is broke not recommendable.

I actually "like" this product, however, the few glitches and lack of a wall-charger, doesn't make up for the price ($80). For that kind of money I expected at the very least a wall charger. lol What I like: 1. The way it fits so snuggly and securely in my ear (not using the ear wrap). I lost my last device because it was always loose and fell out. I didn't even notice 2. It come with a car charger (that fits into the lighter socket). 3. Easy pairing. What I don't like: 1. how hard it is to turn on/off while it's in my ear. 2. No wall-charger (but comes with 3 different usb charge devices, one was already mentioned). One is a usb charger wire, the other is a hard plastic, bendable usb charger). 3. A slight but noticeable delay between the phone and BT device, not uncommon, but for the price... I expect less of a delay. 4. The volume button doesn't turn the volume up/down, it just tells me how much time is left on the device (perhaps it's just a glitch with my device and not all of them). Unfortunately, I don't think all the cons are worth the $80 I spent. Going to be returning and replacing with something else... and something cheaper.

Very handy earpiece that I can use with both an iPhone and an Android, espeically when I have to sit on 3 hour long conference calls. Comes with a number of accessories, and apps you can put on your phone. Would prefer a longer battery life, but with something so small it's not going to have a huge battery in it to begin with. Make sure you remember to keep it charged so you can use it.

My girlfriend bought this because she lost her last headset. She loves it! Easy to connect, use, power on/ off. Clear sound quality. Can be connected to at least 2 devices at the same time.

While the price is not the cheapest, the quality meets the price. I don't use this device all day, but the battery life lasts for days if you turn it off when not in use (have used it off and on for 30 days, and only charged it twice). You can hear your calls loud and clear, but I have had one or 2 calls that had problems hearing me (may have been blocked mic). Connection has been reliable, and bluetooth pairing was easy and I have had to do it only once (I don't keep my bluetooth on all the time, but the devices re-connect without having to set it up again). I have an old smartphone that doesn't run apps, but if this device can read out text messages it would be perfect. It comes with a car-charging setup, which uses a usb connection for charging, so that adds to the value. If you have a new smartphone, I would review the app first if you need this device to read texts.

I needed a gaming headset and didn't want a wired one. The PS3 Bluetooth headset runs around $100 so I didn't want to go that route. I found this one on sale and gave it a shot. It works very well for communication on the system and for half the price of the ps3 version I say it was worth it. It does have some trouble when synced to my phone but again I mostly use it for gaming.

Clear background noise. My phone and the bluetooth are able to stay connected after feet apart (i.e. I'll leave my phone in the livingroom and go still be connected when I'l outside).
