Works great with Samsung nexus s. Good sound quality. People don't have problems hearing me even in fairly noisy situations. Not as comfortable as I would like but I have small ears. Go for it!

The automated voice is different and will take some getting use to. To clearly hear a woman speaking ( To confirm actions like call ended ) its a little bit on the robo-geek way of doing things. The documentation; Yikkees... almost as small as the lettering on a asprin bottle and one third of the documentation is devoted to their other models of blue tooth sets. The autopairing on my Iphone 4s took a while longer than expected. Out of the box it charged in about an hour and was ready to go.

I have been tying to find the best bluetooth headset. I was hoping this was the solution. It does not work with a smaller ear. I wish Bestbuy would increase the brands they carry instore. Looks like I will be getting a Motorola Boom again.

Agree with the majority of other reviewers here. The Extreme 2 has awesome amplification and sound quality at the earpiece. Incoming sound and music from my BB Torch or laptop is AWESOME!!! Great clarity, awesome dynamic range. Couldn't be better. But......... The voice quality going out of the Extreme 2 is a dog. Sorry Jabra, but you have GOT to re-engineer the voice circuit and put in a quality pair of mics. If these are the same mics as the original Extreme headset, then I think the problem might be with the design of the "arrows" under which the mics are located. Perhaps the edges on the "arrows" are blocking or baffling the voice sound. Whatever the cause, the result is a very very very poor voice quality that every caller I've talked to has complained about. Regardless of background or environment, EVERYONE complains that my voice is muffled, garbled, unintelligible, etc. I usually wind up turn off the handset and talking directly into the phone, so what's the point? Overall, a BIG disappointment and I can't in good conscience recommend this headset. It's a wet dog.

Got this ear piece when the Moto 730 stopped working. The noise cancellation works great inside my tractor. Yes it works great the person on the other side said it was pretty good n no back ground noise or load engine noise. I like it. It does a pretty good job.

Had used this for a couple days while working from home and on conference calls. None of the attachments allowed the headset to fit as well as others I've had. Really only 1 size ear bud for use without the ear hook. Only choice between 2 different ear hooks. Just not that comfortable overall, perhaps additional attachments would have helped. Was least impressed with the 'noise cancellation'... in my opinion it did a poor job of this, especially for a headset that's over $75. I'd compare its noise cancellation performance to a sub $30 headset. Now it did have good sound quality, plenty loud and paired no problem. Simple enough user operation, and nice having the volume rocker. I ended up going with the Plantronics Discovery 975 - although $20 more, it greatly out performs this headset, in noise cancellation and especially in comfort. I'd say either spend the few extra on a slightly more expensive headset, or stick with a cheaper one.

the price isn't bad for the quality you get. it isn't hard to pair is really comfortable to ware.

Sounded good and was comfortable. Unfortunately went through 2 of these in a month. When one of the microphones stops working you lose the noise cancellation and if it's the front mic people on the other end can't here you.

I bought this to replace an earlier version of the same headset that the dogs destroyed. The ear pieces are very uncomfortable and cause pain in the ear if used for several hours. The ear pieces also slip out of the ear and I had to hold it in to use this device. Unit was stolen along with the chargers from my truck so I need to replace again. I cannot recommend due to the earpieces as described above.

I should have spent $20-30 more and got something worth investing in. This product does not have a good noise cancellation especially when in a vehicle. Under perfect conditions i.e. laying in my room with absolutely no noise, it works just fine; however I didn't buy it for perfect conditions. Furthermore, it is too big for my ears to the point that it makes the inside of my ears sore, I switch it between ears to ease the pain (perhaps this was made specifically for men?). I live in a small condo but I would lose reception in parts of my house even if I had it on me. I would return it but I lost it when taking my friend to the hospital. This was poorly invested money I will never see again.

Picked this ear piece up 2 weeks ago and lovin' it. Nothing fancy but does the job with great audio quality. Plus is the car charger. Toss the ear hook - the gel thing is better.

Okay great when the windows are rolled down wind is blowing callers can not hear it, but hear you. Stand still, inside, outside no extra noise and well if you like to hear who you are talking to say what? a lot this is the ear piece for you! Do not like the size of the earpiece tried all pieces and just was never comfortable for me. Returned after less then a week, I tried but not happy. Does have good audio can hear callers and music playing through it just fine.

The Jabra paired with my iphone 4s in seconds. I have great hand coordination.. but good luck getting on the eargels. After 15 minutes of trying to get the eargels on I have given up. I made a call with the earhook but it was rather annoying ( with or with out my glasses on). The call was not clear and the person on the other line said I sounded like I was on speaker. Oh well.. back to the store it goes!!

This is my second Jabra Headset, the first one just stop pairing to my iphone, i then purchased the second one< Extreme 2>, and now this too is giving trouble, showing it is connected and it actually isn't, poor reception, low battery duration. I have had my share of Jabra, I'm now fishing for better fish PS: Neither of my headsets lasted any longer than 10 months

I had a much cheaper unit and lost it. So I decided to go up in price and what I thought was quality. My phone allows speech-to-text. My previous Bluetooth unit work flawlessly in this. This unit wasn't even close. I was unable to speak my text messages while using this device. Everyone I spoke to with this device had to ask me to repeat myself. It didn't matter who I was talking to. The only way it worked was if I spoke very loud or almost yelled. And forget about noise cancellation. That was the only thing they could hear. I'm very disappointed in this device. It was a lot more expensive than my previous unit and didn't work half as well. Returning it TODAY!!!! BTW, my previous device was a Rockfish Model QX4.

Awful ... I've had several bluetooth ear pieces (Blue Ant, Jawbone) and this one is the poorest of them all ... The fit is horrid and none of the attachments help! Audio level doesn't have enough range...for me it was a waste of money ...

I've had this earpiece and few days and after realizing that I can barely hear the person I talk to, that is was the earpiece and not the other party. Now that I've read other reviews complaining about the same thing is confirmation for me. I did, and still do, have problems with the fit. The "out the box" earbud allowed the earpiece to fall out every few minutes. I changed the earbud and it stays in, but it does hurts. Since, I've had that problem with other earpieces, I knew the discomfort would fade over time. But, I simply can't deal with the poor sound quality - low volume, robotic/mechanical background noise. Guess it's going back.

The sound was too low & it didn't notify me how much battery was left ahead of time, before needing a full charge.

constant reset and connects with phones when not in use. Ear Gels serve no function... not at all comfortable. One size to aggrivate all. this item is not at all loud enough to use in the construction industry. could not use while driving in the rain, could not hear over the rain on the windshield. audio quality is "OK" if the room is completely quiet. i was told i sounded muffled constantly. tried it for 30days. couldn't take it any longer. it was returned

Just picked this up today and will be returning it. Distance was horrible. I have taken a few calls with it and not impressed. With the phone in my front pocket it cuts out like I'm having poor cell phone service. Tried it in numerous locations both at home and around town and same issue. Even when playing music through the headset and if its in my pocket the audio cuts out. I assure you my pockets are not made of lead or anything that will block the signal haha.
