    It's okay, but not great

It seemed like a good product that would work great, but the quality of sound while talking didn't work out well for me. People complained that they could only hear the noise around me or that they couldn't hear me well.

Having trouble finding a headset that works well. i thought if I bought one that was a little more money, i would have a better chance. This one got mostly good reviews so I ordered it. I wanted one that would stream music as well. right out of the box, I played some music and it was cutting in and out for 3-5 seconds at a time.. so clearly the streaming music thing wasn't going to work. then I made a call and the same thing happened only I had added pinging noises to the call.. not sure what that is but it sounds almost like there is a spring snapping sound attached to every word from the person i am talking to. They were having trouble hearing me as well. It's being returned today.. the search continues.

Terrible sound, muffled, no one can hear me.

The ear "hangers" on this phone fall off easily and pull the device out of the ear. The "in ear" buds that alleviate the need for the hanger only work if you're relatively stationary. Bad design, at least for my ear. That said, sound is muffled and horrible. Taking it back. Don't buy this piece. I have no idea how it can even be marketed and sold!

Everyone I call using the Jabra Extreme 2 complains about the sound. Even my phone (Droid Razr) has trouble understanding simple voice commands when it's in use. Finally got so frustrated, I took it off, put it on the ground, and crushed it. The pieces are now in the trash.

I purchased this for work use with a Galaxy Rugby Pro. While the headset is comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the audio quality on your end is great others complain that I sounded choppy. I attempted to update the firmware but that did not seem to resolve the problem. I ended up returning it for another brand.

I own a jabra before and it works great. But the jabra extreme 2 just keep disconnecting and reconnecting on my Iphn4. Sometimes it makes the voice of a robot while im talking. It look nice. I'll try to exchange it later for another one. maybe it's a defective one.
