I had my phone in my left cargo pocket and wear the BT on my right ear. Sound was cutting in and out so I took the phone out and put it in my right pocket and the sound came back steady. Poor reception distance when away from the phone. Firment in the ear was poor as well.

BT Headset only works sporadically

Unpredictable loses of connection (it even announces "connection lost") are unacceptable. This only happens in phone mode. When using for GPS, podcasts, music, no problem and crystal clear sound. When it works in phone mode, callers tell me it sounded great, eliminates ambient noise.

It was not good at all. I then walked into a Best Buy store, found numerous headsets, tried to ask help from a sales person - with very little help - and then decided which one to get. I bought Jabra - Extreme2+ Bluetooth Headset and it has been very great ever since! Sounds great, works great, feels great!
