Good Sound Quality, but Uncomfortable

I exchanged for this devise and I am pleased with the clarity of the voices when I am talking and at the same time. However, this device is very uncomfortable and for that reason I will be returning it too... Too bad.

Where it counts

It's great because it doesn't cancel noise so that i can hear traffic, and people honking. However after a while it does get uncomfortable. no issues connecting to phone, and battery does hold a great amount of charge. does its job for a fair price but there is definitely a better option
