It has a ton of functions that I liked, like voice commands bcuz I work at a plant & wear gloves up to my shoulders & can answer my phone with it without taking them off! The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars is bcuz it wasn't loud enough for my callers to hear me when I'm at work. I would recommend the Extreme 2 if your not going to use it in a really loud environment.

High Quality Headset

It's certainly a higher quality headset in features, design and functionality. I'd say each headset will appeal to certain people for certain reasons so it's difficult to say if this will be your perfect fit, it's definitely a solid headset that's worth a shot though!

I actually had Jabra replace it for me and the new one was no better. In a silent room I can hear the caller, but if there is any noise around me (like in a car), it is too low and I strain to hear.
