This is my 3rd one of the exact same model, never a problem with them, great sound and voice quality. They don't hold up well in the washing machine if you leave them in your pocket.

I like the comfort of this earpiece and that it doesn't hurt my ear no matter how long I have it in my ear. The sound and clarity is really nice too. I highly recommend this bluetooth.

this item works very well on my husbands phone he hears and understands very well with it and when he speaks you can hear and understand him

I've had good luck with Jabra products in the past and this one is the best yet. Great call clarity and people say I sound like I'm on a land line even when I'm outside.

The earpiece does not fit into the ear and the volume is poor. Many people I talk with say the voice is poor quality.

Very satisfied with this Bluetooth ear piece. Very clear sound and works well blocking out wind noise. Also like the ease of controlling the volume. Engineered well!

This is an OK Bluetooth. The volume does not go as high as some of my others. And does not connect promptly to voice commands on phone

I usually buy Motorola headsets but the kept breaking. Decided to try Jabra and haven't had any problems- it's easy to use and call quality is crystal clear and it feels sturdy.

I work from my phone and this is a great headset. Been through quite a few and this one is pretty good, helps reduce outside noise which is nice too.

Not as great as expected. Wish it's volume was better. I had a Motorola Sliver II that the sound was better. I find my hand pushing it closer to hear better.

Works well but volume is not loud enough unless you are in a quiet room outside it’s almost impossible to hear and disconnects from phone often

I bought this to replace a $100 Plantronics that I "loved" for several years. this item does a good job and seems to satisfy my needs. since it is 1/2 the price of the Plantronics version i consider it a Value

Bought this as a back up earpiece for my other Jabra extreme+ one is about 3 years old and this one over a year now, both work flawlessly will definitely buy another one

I have bought a blue tooth before. But it wasn't as good as this one. When you are talking to someone. The sound is clear and you can hear their voice very well.

Absolutely love this product when I'm driving or even grocery shopping. It's so convenient and easy to use. Great if you're always on your phone especially in the car.

voice clarify is really good. But compared to plantronic 5220, the distance and noise cancelling is not that good. Depend on what you are looking for. This headset is fashionable and not bulky.

It does an okay job of cancelling background noise. Buttons are very sensitive and I end up hanging up on people. Not as good as my old Jawbone.

this unit works great. volume and noise reduction is good. audible caller id is a lifesaver, let's you screen calls without having to touch your phone. good buy.

I purchase this item in the hopes that would be allow to engage in phone conversation while driving. I have in the past relied on Jabra Bluetooth earpiece to come through so far they have until up to this point. I found the earpiece not loud enough to overcome the road noise I encountered while trying to have a phone conversation. So I ended up returning this item. I hope this helps someone in making a buying decision.

This device works pretty well. It isn't as good as my high end jawbone headsets were 5 years ago, but for this money, it isn't bad. The fit does begin to hurt in my ear after a few hours, though.
