Not working as well as I would like. Not able to turn volume up loud enough and the noise block isn't working all that well.

I have had this almost two months. It no longer works properly. My husband purchased a different model of the same brand and has returned it twice. Purchase a different brand!

Overall OK though it does not automatically reconnect. You need to go back to the phone and tap on the item name under Bluetooth settings. I could not find a comfortable fit. Returned it

This earpiece was purchased for an great price. It has served my wife well. My only complaint would be for those who have same ears, the ear piece does not seem to fit proper and needs adjustment often.

This headset is nice, it's comfortable, but it is too quiet. Even at the highest setting on the phone, I struggle to hear in the wild.

After 2 weeks, my customers can not hear me. I was very disappointed with the way it sounds. I have to take it back. I do not really recommend this product for those who have to work outside.

This Blue tooth work great but the piece for the ear is not good it moves and it comes off and you could loose the blue tooth very easy. They need to get something better to hold it.

Bought this to use with GPS on my phone when not in a Bluetooth equipped car. Worked great right out of the box. Stayed hooked on my ear.

No comparison to Bose noise cancellation! I still haven't found a decent value earpiece with good noise cancellation. The purchase was based on their claim of crystal clear audio. That couldn't be further from the truth. This product is also uncomfortable, not very loud and limited battery life. The Plantronics version is a better comparison. And it is $30 cheaper, comfortable, long battery life and louder volume.

Love this it's been nice to have and it was easy to set up and use. Pairing was easy and the instructions were easy to follow would definitely recommend

The volume control is lower than what I expected. The ear piece itsel slips out and the other options were not that muck better.

I like the sound on this Bluetooth but the problem is that the hang up button is right where I grab it to adjust it in my ear so I am forever accidently hanging up on people.

I love the battery life as well as the functionality. It tells me who is calling, I can listen to music, and it catches my voice in noisy environments.

This is a comfortable ear piece, and even though my car is loud no one had trouble hearing me. I did have some trouble hearing them though, but that may have just been because of my car.

Using in a home office and people on other end didn't hear washing machine, dogs barking or anything so the noise cancellation works great.

had to replace the Bluetooth that I lost earlier. You do get some ear discomfort at first but the clarity is generally good

Seems to work ok but lacks volume. Hard to get on and into place. seems to "slip" out of ear regularly. Maybe it's my ear?

Sound quality is very good, noise reduction also good. Works exactly as stated by sales person who had suggested this particular model.

I like the way it clips inside the ear rather than around the ear. It seems to hold in place better than the ones I have owned in the past.

Great call and voice clarity, however battery life could be longer, I only get about 4.5 hours. I also think additional ear attachments in different sizes would be helpful.
