Bad Volume

Unfortunately, the call volume is so low, even on maximum that it is very tough to hear your calls. I played with all the settings, but in the end found better volume on much cheaper headsets. Reading other reviews, it seems this problem was not isolated to me and my GS7 edge.

ear retention
