This bluetooth is ok. Seems to do a lot such as say who is calling or hands free answering. The volume isn't really loud which makes calls hard to hear, even when the volume is at its highest.

The best part of this earpiece is the weight. You can barely tell you are wearing it. The audio is terrible. I have this paired to an iphone. I have the audio turned all the way up. I can hear fine in a quiet setting, like my office. When I am in the car or in a restaurant, the audio is terrible. I cannot hear the person talking to me. Also, it is supposed to answer calls when you say "answer". Mine has disconnected the call more times than it answers the call. I have already told several co-workers not to buy this product.

Only lasted about 6 months before it started acting up.

The jabra was easy to use and had fair sound quality according to folks who I was talking to. Sounded like I was in a tunnel. The biggest problem was how uncomfortable it was in my ear.

My husband travels quite frequently. He loves using this for the office and on the go. Being hands free while combing over paperwork helps him be more productive. Before he would tilt his head or use the Apple earphone, which kept getting snagged on everything.

Volume control was not adequate contrary to other reviews. In a car or at home volume was ok, in a cargo van, no good. Purchased for work using in a van so I would not recommend.

This particular Bluetooth was easy to apórtate and felt very light on your ear but depending on how long you have it on your ear within the hours you can feel a slight back ear discomfort.

Sound is weak. Won't stay in ear. Every time I touch it to push back in my ear I hit the hang up button that is on the top of the Bluetooth and end call. Real hassle. Not impressed. 2ND Jabra. Time to move back to Plantronics.

Spend the extra $30 and get a higher grade Jabra. This was a replacement for the Stealth (Excellent). I returned this one and got the Jabra Steel (to new to review)

This worked great until I bought an LG G7 ThinQ phone in 2018. My phone couldn't find the bluetooth signal. Maybe My phone is the problem. If It doesn't pair with your phone, return it.

I was surprised at how clear the Bluetooth connection was to the earpiece. I paired to two phones at the same time. Travel down the road. That way I can drive, or keep working without having to find my phone or which one is calling.

I'm not to happy with the volume on this Jabra. It started out working fine, and now the volume isn't working. My speaker on my phone works better than the earpiece.
