its not bad but would b better if there was a volume control...its hard 2 hear when using it

Very sensitive to sounds. Don’t like where on/off button is. Accidentally hang up bc of how buttons are on ear pc

I’ve used many different Bluetooth headsets, as I am on the road a lot. This device is very hard to hear incoming calls and calling parties, even with volume turned up to max, it’s hard to hear, earpiece is comfortable and easy to use, just can’t hear. This is the first earpiece I’ve had volume issues with

This is the worst headset I have ever had. The range was terrible. The $2 headset I have, got better range than this. The ear part is terrible for small ears. I have learned to stick with Plantronics. Their products seem to be the best out of any headsets I have tried. Plus they are great for small ears.

Wife bought it for me. I already have a Bluetooth headset. I never used it. Then returned it. She said it had great reviews.

I use this unit in my car while driving for a ride share company. It is paired with my phone for voice text messaging and works fine.

I have switched this bluetooth on several occasions. Over priced for the quality of the bluetooth.

Outstanding clarity for a mid-priced Bluetooth earpiece. Also really enjoy the new ear fixture with no loop over the ear=easy in and out!

jabra earpiece wasn't all that great to me. It is real sentive to the touch. and for that price, it isn't worth it!!!!

I say marginal because it doesn't fit my ear very well. I've tried them all and I'll just have to make do with this one...

Purchased as a girt. Liked it due to noise cancelling features, which was a hit with the recipient. Being used in an office setting.

I thought it was going to be the best but it breaks up while you're talking and you think It's the other persons phone or you have a bad connection when in fact it's the headset that's making that static noise. If I was giving these for free I would not take them. The Plantronics I bought were in HD it seemed like and talk about it being on super comfortably on your ear.

It works but you make it any louder. I can barely hear incoming calls and people say they can’t hear me

This bluetooth was only average. It worked great for a year and then I couldn't turn it off

I really like this Bluetooth. It was easy to connect and seems very sturdy. I dropped a different brand and it broke.

My 2nd one. Had the first one for years. Finally stopped holding a charge so just decided to replace with the same.

I have been using this product for years. It works best for me at my work. I would buy this reliable Bluetooth again.

Good ear peice for minor use. I don't use it all of the time. If I let it stay in too long, it hurts my inner ear.

Sounds great but the cushion is a little too large for my ear and makes it sore sometimes. Otherwise its a quality device.

It was all I need for my vacation. I was telling my husband about it and he said he was going to buy one.
