Bad Bluetooth

The ear piece is very large with no options, and the sound is very low. I've hung up on people several times trying to keep the Bluetooth in my ear. I can't hear the tone of a text or the chimes of an email being sent.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i need a bluetooth that sits inside my ear not hang on the ear. this one the mike part is way to large to sit in the ear and so was very uncomfortable. then the ear clip was so tight around my ear it bruised my ear. so for me this was no good and had to return.

Poor volume lousy battery life

I have a hard time hearing when in quiet conditions let alone with others talking or any background noise. The battery life is horrible. Expect two hours max of use.
