I spent $29 on each and thought it was a great deal but these reviews are misleading. I bought another one from Plantronics from Best Buy and it's the difference between night and day. So if someone offered this product for FREE, I would decline it or just give it away. The sound is awful, static and the Plantronics sound is about as close to High Definition clarity of sound I have ever heard and experienced. Save your money, even if they sell it for $5 bucks don't get it because of the static, sound quality is a joke and the fit hasn't been perfected by any means.

It's a little bulky for my ear and anytime I use it with sunglasses it sticks out too far away from my face.

Thank you for your feedback. Have you tried taking the ear hook off and just using the eargel that has a hook as part of the eargel? Generally for people who wear glasses or sunglass wearing it's best to use an in the ear vs. an on the ear or around the ear headset.
