    This was one of the worst Bluetooth earpieces I have owned. It was a horrible experience. The first time I purchased and put it on my ear, it fell off and I did not miss it. (unsure why). I had to have one, purchased the same one the next day. It was just a nightmare. It did not fit comfortably, it allowed all noises to filter in, did not connect to media. I actually I could go on and on, not a good purchase for me. Purchase at your own risk. . . . I did enjoy caller id announce. That worked, but it was hard to hear most times.

    After only about 10 minutes, started hurting my ear. Also, wasn't very loud. I returned it.

    purchasaed to replace a motorolla product, terrible!!! uncomfortable and no volume even turned all the way up, brought it back the next day,

    When I use this in my truck I can hardly hear anyone that is talking on the other end. I'm not sure if this is the way it is or the volume is not working. It is very annoying.

    I have a hard time getting it to connect to 2 devices. The earpieces are hard and hurt your ear really bad. I had to cut the pointy piece off for my ear to quit hurting some.

    It's ok but when trying to answer it will say call rejected and hang up even though you are saying "answer" Also, piece that goes over ear comes off to easy.

    This was my second attempt at a Bluetooth and, especially for the higher price, was disappointing bcuz no one could hear me and I had a hard time with that as well.

    Would constantly disconnect from my iPhone. Ended up exchanging for a diff headset from Jabra. Which ended up being a better headset for myself.

    Jabra Bluetooth headset is not compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, So I had to return it. I could not get it to work with the Note 7.

    This product tends to connect and disconnect from the device it's attached to on it's own. Sometimes it won't even connect to the device when you want to use it. I personally have had better Bluetooths before and this is by far my least favorite. I don't recommend getting this type...the brand may very well be good, but this particular Bluetooth Jabra Extreme 2+ is not.
